Odysseus walked across his ship, head high. His hands clasped behind his back as the sea air blew threw his long dreads that was pulled back into a ponytail with only a strand on each side of his face. The hair on his chin quivered with the wind. Ares, a blood thirsty warrior and former rouge, approached standing next to him. His blond haired ponytail swayed as the wind rolled by.

The view of the sea, waves lapping at the side of the boat, and men constantly working on the traps and weaponry. Everything was going normally.

"Ares," Odysseus greeted.

"Odysseus."

"Care to explain why you decided to kill the little brats dragon and cut out her tongue?" Odysseus asked, venom laced in his voice.

Ares only frowned as Odysseus glared at him threw the corner on his eye. Looking out to the sea Ares replied coolly.

"That dragon was a leader to his kind. The feather fury's where giving hope so I destroy it," Ares turned to Odysseus with a unreadable look. "Besides the little brat never stopped talking and didn't listen. She is an example to our prisoners. Those who don't listen get punished."

Odysseus glare grew colder seeing the once great dragon's feathers made into a cape and a rug. A few were used for arrows. Odysseus shook his head. This wasn't the way he wished to run things, but he hadn't much choice. Ares had threatened him and took his love away.

All he had left was his son Boa, who was still young. Older than Salmen's son Cy who would be close to five now. Boa was roughly eight years old and looked more like his mother. Wavy brown hair and light honey gold eyes. Odysseus didn't wish for his son to be exposed to such brutality and cruelty.

"When you wish to harm my prisoner or dragons, you come to me first," Odysseus growled. "Your reasoning is invalid and methods inhuman. Taking away a young girls tongue and her precious dragon is much to far."

Ares only stared blankly before sighing. A dark look clouded his gaze. Odysseus dare not show weakness to him. He wasn't going to let him tear him down yet.

"Have you forgotten who I am and what I have done. If I were you, I'd choose my next words carefully or else that sharp tongue or your is going to get someone killed," Ares spoke lowly to where no prying ears can hear.

Odysseus tensed but didn't back down. This was his ship and army. His people or rather was. Ares held everyone under fear and respect. All but Odysseus and Boa. They may have feared him to a certain extent but they refused to bow down to him.

"You harm Boa in any way I'll personally have you watch as I tear your brothers throat out," Odysseus spoke in the same low manner. "Then I'll kill you."

Ares visibly flinch but quickly composed himself glaring coldly at Odysseus. Their glares where cut short when a woman, older than them, was approaching them. Her platinum blonde hair was in a neat fishtail braid. Her cold brown eyes had both boys neck hair stand on end. Liu was next her, his eyes hollow and void of emotion. Brown pools of emptiness.

"Salmen is demanding to see you Odysseus," her icy voice sent shivers down there spines.

"Very well," Odysseus muttered.

Leaving the family of blondes, Odysseus traveled below deck where many dragon where kept, but also Salmen and his family. Walking by the cages the dragons shrunk back into the corner of their cages. All but one, Y/n's dragon Sky. He gave a low muffled growl threw his muzzle. Odysseus paused admiring the beast before continuing to Salmen's cell that was on very bottom. Threw the first lower deck, Odysseus walked the bottom of the ship were all prisoners where held. The few that where they hide away into their corners whimpering and shaking. Reaching the end where Salmen and his family was, he wasn't surprised to the curses and yell Salmen offered.
