To my dad. I'm sorry for everything.

Daddy’s Little Girl
How did all of this get so out of hand
Did we both lose grip of the steering wheel
How much more of this can I take
You can't even imagine how hurt I feel
We didn't mean for this to get so out of control
The two of us just don't see eye to eye
We're like two different minds going separate directions
But I'll try to fix that, for you I'll try
What happened to everything between us?
The smiles, the laughs, the love we shared?
They've been hiding under the screams, fights, and the crying
And underneath this strong façade I pull, I'm so scare
Can we go back to the times when I was your princess
Can we rewind the tape to the simpler days?
When I didn't know what to expect tomorrow
Before all of these memories started slowly slipping away
I'm sorry I couldn't be the perfect daughter you wanted
I'm sorry I completely broke down in the end
But we can change that if you just accept these words I'm saying
Can I be daddy's little girl again?
