Giselle knew that all of them were going to be happy and be ready to return to the lives that they had created for themselves. The Caster couldn't help but feel that everything that had happened, all of the things that she had fixed and pieced back together, was because of her. The heroes were reunited with their loved ones, and it was all because of a little magic that Giselle had done to help them. The title of Guardian of the Galaxy suited her well and she knew that she would've done anything that she could've to make sure that the galaxy was safe. The galaxy was her home and she wouldn't stop doing what it was that she loved.

Her blonde hair was pulled into a high ponytail as she stood in front of the Milano, her arms folded over her chest as she looked around herself. She watched as all of the heroes began to say goodbye to those that they didn't usually work with on a daily basis, and hoping that they would be able to see each other again. Most of the people that were saying goodbye to each other, were to the Guardians of the Galaxy. The Guardians, as well as Alaska Minerva, were ones that had to return to their rightful place in space.

All of them weren't ready to say goodbye to each other, knowing that sooner or later they were going to have to meet with each other again. But as Giselle looked over all of them, she couldn't help but wonder if she would see them again. She couldn't help but think about the deal that she had made with Death and her spawn, thinking about if the spell that she would put upon herself to hide her from them. Giselle knew that Death was a powerful woman and that she knew that they would be able to see through the glamours.

She inhaled deeply as she stared out over the lawn, watching as the Avengers began to board the Quinjets, but one of them laid their eyes on her. Tony Stark stared at the woman for a few seconds, before him and Steve Rogers made their way over toward her. Giselle held her hands in front of her body as she stared at them, offering a smile to them.

"We can't thank you enough for the sacrifices that you had made for us," Tony said to her as he stood in front of her, with Steve at her side. She gave the two of them a smile as she nodded her head to them.

"It was my pleasure, I wouldn't have let anyone suffer through what Thanos had done to us," Giselle explained to him and her eyes flickered between the two of them, before parting her lips again. "Everyone lost someone completely important to them and I had to make sure that they got them back."

"And we had to tell you that we appreciate everything that you had done for us. Without you, we don't know if we would've been able to see our loved ones again," Steve replied to her and he gave her a smile. "Take care, and if you and the Guardians ever need our help, let us know."

Giselle nodded her head to them as they turned around and made their way back over to the quinjet. A sigh left her lips as she scratched the back of her neck before another figure appeared beside her. She looked over her shoulder to Mantis and gave her a small smile, before pressing a kiss to her forehead.

"Are you ready to go?" Mantis questioned her, and Giselle nodded her head.

     "I think I am,"

━━━ 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄. I've loved writing this story, and it actually hurts me that the story is over. Yes, it's not one of my popular fanfics on my account, but I had to give Mantis the love that she deserved. Mantis and Giselle are an adorable couple and I'm glad that I could've given them a story. The story was more-so focused on what had happened with Giselle and her mission to help everyone in the soul stone, but that's how stories should be. You shouldn't have to always be narrowed in on the OC and their love interest and you should focus on the plot overall.

There won't be a sequel to Heaven Knows, but if you would like to continue reading more about Giselle, please check out the reading list on my profile for The Ballad of the Damned. She will continue to make appearances throughout the series, as well as in the conclusion book for the entire series when it comes out. This story has been so much fun to read, and I really hope that you guys have enjoyed it!

Thank you guys so much for the love and support on this story! I hope to see you all on my other stories as well<3
