It was a very happy Saturday morning. Ang saya saya ko because I never had a not so busy Saturday morning in so long. Hindi naman sa hindi ako busy, but I had the chance to go back to my favourite coffee shop. Dala dala ko yung laptop ko and extra school work na baka iassign sa amin this week, kaya naman ay tatapusin ko na.

A cup of caramel macchiato was in front of me, as well as two chocolate chip muffins. It was what I call heaven.

I don't talk to the girls ng online anymore. We always crash on each others' homes nalang dahil nang magkakilala kaming apat ay magkakalapit lang naman pala kami ng bahay.

Pinunta ko na yung atensyon ko sa message ni Joon, and chuckled.

joon
you could say that.
this job is pretty
tiring.

Bago pa man ako makareply ay nakaramdam na ako ng humawak sa shoulders ko kaya ay napalingon na agad ako sa kung sino man yun. When I turned around, I groaned after seeing who they were. Yes, they.

It was Chisae, Talia, Marione, Hana and Charlene. Aba at nasama pa nila si Charlene e ang balita ko kasi ay married na siya which causes her to have more complicated schedules than the others.

Umupo naman sila sa seats sa harapan ko, and I groaned. My definition of heaven and a peaceful day went down the drain.

Nakangiti sa akin ng malawak sina Chisae and Talia, wearing their matching green cropped tops. Si Marione naman, nakangiti gently wearing a rust coloured turtleneck top. Si Hana, she was wearing a navy blue collared shirt, smiling softly at me. Charlene, however, had a grin across her face at nakasuot pa siya ng black na over sized shirt which I was guessing is her husband's.

"What brought you chaotic girls into my tranquil world?" I asked, massaging my temple.

Nagchuckle naman sila, at nag type na ulit ako while rereading a paragraph sa book na dala ko din.

"You seriously have no fun in your life, unnie," sabi ni Marione, and I shrugged.

"This is my definition of fun, alone at a coffee shop while doing my own thing." I explained, hindi sila tinitignan at nagpapatuloy lang sa pagtatype.

"God. This is why you never get a boyfriend," sabi ni Chisae, and I gaped at her.

"Eunice, I don't need a boyfriend in my life. All I need is to graduate and do this job as a lawyer dahil yun ang long term goal ko na malapit ko nang makamit," I explained, and she groaned.
