morning rory," chirps "breakfast is on the table

stares at the eggs, bacon, and hash browns on the place " uhm, i can't."

"and why not?"

"i don't have time"

eyes narrow "mmm, sit."

groans "mom i can't."

"rory," voice raises

bites lip "i'm meeting ryker."

"ryker?"

nods "he's bringing muffins."

"muffins?"

"isn't that what i said?" shuffles side to side

sighs with her arms crossed over her chest

"he's waiting," says slowly, "so ima go...."

"morning ro,"

"hi," stares into locker

"you're not mad at me are you?"

shakes head and grabs her books and folders

softly groans "really rory?"

"really what?" looks at him with a raised brow

sighs "i'm sorry i was busy."

"it's fine"

nods

"how's chloe?"

"she's-" pauses

chuckles "glad a girl is more important than our assignment"

runs his hands through his hair, "rory."

smiles and shrugs, "don't worry," closes locker "i finished the project"

grabs folder "you did all of it?"

nods, "had nothing better to do," awkwardly laughs

"you didn't have to,"

shrugs "whatever" walks away

"rory!" yells "wait,"

stops "for the record," clutches books to her chest, "i wasn't mad." sighs "you were."
