So I've had my first glitch on the Sims 4 :D My sim had her baby, and when she picked him up out of the crib he was all stringy looking. The creepiest part were the eyes were all stringy and ick.... It was just weird. It looked more like my woman did the deed with Satan instead of her husband.
On a positive note, I do think it's cool that mom's can breastfeed their babies on the game!!
