Dead on arrival

Forks was the one place Liv actually liked. It was cold most of the time and since there was no sun everyone was pale. It was perfect since she's a walking corpse. For the past year that is. Who would have though a party gone bad would have left her hiding brains in her moms fridge and leaving her dream job to work in a morgue. Definitely not her.

Her much younger sister Bella was dreading forks. She prefered the sun and staying with her mother. But since she wanted to travel with Phil she was being sent of to Charlie. And Liv was going along with her since she needed a change.

"Ready to go girls" their mother Renee asked them, forcing them into a hug. She was excited to travel but was still worried about Bella.

Since Liv became a zombie had had to quit her dream job and she stopped caring about her eldest daughter. They only seemed to talk went she was shaming her for 'ruining her life'.

"Yeah moms were fine" Liv answered moving to help Phil with their bags.
Her mother ignored her yet again. It wasn't until Bella said it was okay that she let her go.

*************

The plane to forks was the one thing Liv hated. Peaceful. But sadly since she had became a zombie she hadn't been able to sleep. It sucked ass.

Bella slept in the seat next to her , leaving her with nobody to talk to. She looked out the window to pass the time. Her once brown hair was now snow white along with her skin. Dark purple surrounded her eyes. To anyone that had never met get they would thing she was an albino. No she looked like the corpse that she was. But after a year she was okay with it. Sure it sucked to not taste food anymore but hot sauce but she was fine. She learned to like her hair and not care about her skin. In the end she was still her and that's all that counted.

She plugged in her headphones and listened to music for the plane ride. Liv's time was spent thinking of ways to decorate her new apartment. Charlie's house was small and since she was 25 she thought it was time to move out.

At least she wouldn't have to hide her brains anymore.

**************

Liv practically ran off the plane when it landed. 8 hour was way to long for a plane ride. Too many people in one space with a very hungry zombie never bodes well.

"DAD" she yelled at charlie when she saw him. She nearly knocked him over with her hug."its great to see you" she smiled up at him. Liv had always been closer to her dad then her mom. She visited every chance she got.

"You too kid" he laughed picking up her suitcases. " Excited to live alone for once" he asked looking for Bella."I saw you apartment. It nice , good price to".

Liv smiled at him before hugging him again and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Bella finally joined them before they could continue talking. They greeted each other awkwardly to say the least.

The car ride was worse. Bella was embarrassed by the police car while Liv mocks shooting guns "pew, pew pew".

It was a short ride to Liv's new apartment. It was only 20 minutes away from Charlie's house.

He and Bella left once they brought her stuff up the stairs and said goodbye. Leaving her alone in her first apartment.

It was a great apartment and Liv loved it. She looked at the clock after she finished unpacking her room and saw that it was late. She had work tomorrow in forks hospital and couldn't wait to sink her teeth in a juicy brain. She hadn't eaten since three days ago. Liv decided to call it a night and go to bed. Even though she no longer slept she still tried. Thinking one day she may sleep again.
