"So where are we going again?" I asked him as he drove on the street.

"Well, first I'm taking you home you can change into something more...comfortable." He said quickly looking over.

I looked down at my dress attire. "What's wrong with what I have on?"

"Unless you wanna split your skirt in half and humiliate yourself, fine with me." He snickered. I slightly tilted my head while squinting my eyes. I let him drive back home and I couldn't help but to try and guess where we were going. He had done this a while ago. Took me somewhere, allow me to change and never tell me where we're going until we get there. He says it ruins the surprise but I'm a very curious person who couldn't care any less about a surprise.

"Are we going on a picnic?"

"We did that the last time."

"I wouldn't mind going again. I had fun." I told him.

"I try to make it different."

I beamed. Elation running through my veins. "I-Is this a date you're trying to take me on?"

"Uh," he paused. "No." He had an unreadable expression on his face while getting out of the car and going into the apartment.

I reeled in, the excitement evacuating my body.

If this wasn't a date then what was it?

I was utterly flabbergasted.

Prince and I drowned in pure silence the whole ride to a place called Skating Ribbon. He pushed the car door open but I stopped him by landing a hand on his wrist. He looked back.

"What is it?" He said softly.

"Can I talk to you before we go in?" I just wanted to know what was going through his mind. This isn't a date, yet over the current year he's taken me on multiple of what he says is not a date, we had sex last night and we've been smitten with each other. I need to know what this is. It's killing me to not know.

He sighed before slamming the door back. "What is it?" All of a sudden he acted as if he didn't want to talk.

"I just wanted to have some clarification." I paused. "So, um, if this isn't a date, then what is this we're doing?"

"You're asking a question I can't tell you the answer to."

I twisted my face. "And why is that?"

"I don't know." He shook his head and shrugged.

I sighed. He started to irritate me at the slightest but I was more so confused and emotionally toyed with than irritated.

"Just take me home. I-I've had a long day, I just wanna get in bed." I was ready to have fun up until now.

Without uttering a word he started the engine. When we arrived at our apartment, I immediately stormed upstairs. Taking my key out, I could barely stick it in the keyhole before I heard his voice.
