your smile brightens up the room upon entrance and forms the earth below
every part of you is amazing
don't even get me started on your eyes
your gentle touch and warm hands are a blessing in disguise
your heart is like the ocean
simultaneously shallow and deep
you woke me up
when i never even knew i was asleep
you taught to me to love when i was believed to be unlovable
you touched me when i thought i was untouchable
you opened my eyes
and showed me the world
you saved me
from being hurt, pushed down, and hurled
you gave me hope.
when i lost all that i had
you taught me to cope with all my feelings and that they aren't all that bad
you showed me how to
