Dear God,
I met Cody for the first time today.
I just saw him sitting there and I wanted to say hi.
He didn't look like he wanted to talk,
So I just told him I was sorry for his loss,
More than he ever knew.
He just said thanks.
I get it,
For not talking.
I didn't want to either.
But he looked grateful.
I hoped I helped him.
