103| High fall

19 4 3

Whispers that echoes,
And flashes that dims,
Hands that touch,
And eyes that skin,

Smiles that fade,
Hugs become deadlocks,
Shaking hands shove you back,
When beds become rocks,

Knees buckle up,
And frozen remains feet,
Pale remains the face,
Cold remains the heat,

Shadows that prevail,
And light that flicks off,
Pouring down the rain,
As you fall from the top.

You can't tell but I'm trying to write a lot today because I want this book to hit 5k reads next week.
Why?
Because it's my birthday on the 5th.
Because 5 is my lucky number.
Because it would be a great birthday gift to myself since nobody else gives me one.
