I lost the actual request itself, so I forgot who requested this. Let me know who you are so I can @ you. Enjoy.

The official definitions of each disorder are included. I'm using textbook definitions, any other depictions or understandings are from peoples personal experiences, or opinions. Keep that in mind when reading. Also be mindful of those who may have suffered from these disorders, or struggle with them now BEFORE you comment. If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. This is a safe place for everyone, any hate or negativity will not be tolerated. Thank you.

Tony:

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

A person with ADHD has differences in brain development and brain activity that affect attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control. There is no lack of evidence Tony shows symptoms of having ADHD. Constantly fidgeting, is easily sidetracked, and has a complete different way of thinking all together. He is always mentally restless, having an entrepreneur brain style and constantly seeing the need for new technology, and also having the passion and vision to develop it. "Cursed with knowledge."

Steve:

Social Anxiety.

Social anxiety is the fear of social situations that involve interacting with other people, out of fear of being negatively judged and evaluated. I can understand the argument that Steve is witty, and always has a joke or comeback when needed, as if filed away in his brain for later use. But I have a theory he wasn't always like that. Even post serum, he was known for having a smart mouth that got him into trouble, but after coming up out of the ice into a new time period, I'm sure he struggled with dealing with people at first. His slang was outdated, and he probably got strange reactions from people when he didn't know what something was. He grew out of it, but I'm sure he dreaded dealing with people at first.
