Zach's POV:

No I didn't reply to Mira. I'm happy with Dani and she can't see that. Speaking of Dani.

Dani💕: hey bby, I have a shift today at work if I don't respond for majority of the day u know why xoxo 💋

Me: ok! That's fine! I'll see you a little later😘

Great one day without spending time with my girlfriend. I'll survive because I'm not that boy who needs his girlfriend 24/7. But right now I feel guilty and I haven't even done anything wrong! I should just tell Mira that I don't need this right now.

Me: meet me at Chipotle @ 2

Unknown number: I'll be there 😊

Zach you can do this, it's not your fault, just tell Mira how you feel.

Dani's POV:

I really should tell Zach's about what's been going on. After all I did lie to him.

Me: hey I have a break at 2 wanna hangout?

Zachary❤️: damn I can't at 2

Me: oh...why? Is everything ok?

Zachary❤️: yeah! Everything is fine 😊 I just made plans

Me: alright...have fun

I had to get back to work with Ray. Calling out everyone's name for their order is hard work, plus making their order. Being a barista is tiring man.

Zach's POV:

It was 1:45  so I started driving to chipotle. When I arrive there Mira already had a table for us.

"Hey Zach. I remembered your order" she smirked

"Oh thanks uh you didn't have to" I replied sitting down

"I wanted to though, I miss you zach." She said touching my hand

"Listen Mira i-"

She cut me off by kissing my lips. Zach WHY AREN'T YOU PULLING BACK. No you don't like her lips, stop. Finally I pulled back.

"Come on Zach, you didn't pull away until 3 seconds in the kiss, you do miss me."

"No I-I don't I'm dating someone"

"So? That shouldn't mean anything" she replied getting closer to me

I quickly got up and ran outside chipotle, hitting someone by accident.

Dani's POV:

I decided to go with Ray to Chipotle, you know we love our bowls from there. Ray drove us. We were about to walk into until someone ran into me.

"Zach hey!" I laughed

"o-oh hey Dani and Ray" he quickly said

"What's wrong? Are you ok?" I asked

"Huh? Yeah yeah I'm fine! I'm just going to be late to work. I'll see you soon bye" he said kissing my lips and running away

"What was that about?" Ray asked

"I have no idea, but let's just get our chipotle"

We walked in seeing that waitress from the other café. Still don't know who she is.

"Hey ray?"

"Yeah what's up?" She responded

"Isn't that, that waitress at the other café, the one who Zach was acting all weird about?" I asked

"Yeah that is...shall we be investigators?" She laughed

"Honestly I'm down" I laughed

"Let's get our chipotle and get out, we will talk after work"

Now that's a plan sis. We did what our plan was, got chipotle and went back to work.

Work was over so ray and I headed back to her place. We changed and then sat on her bed.

"Ok so what's our evidence so far" i asked

"Well Zach acted weird twice with that waitress, and he ran out of chipotle while she was in there"

"True...Ray could he be cheating on me" I asked

"Dani, I'm not sure, I don't wanna say that he is but there's a chance" she frowned

"Maybe it's his ex?" I said

"Yeah! Maybe she is" ray said

"But why would he act weird, and why did he run out speaking really fast to us" I replied

"Maybe confront him"

This is true. I should do this but control my anger. Not say something that I'm going to regret. Sis it's 11pm.

"It's late, he's probably sleeping" I said

"It's never late for him sis"

This is why I love Ray, BECAUSE SHE IS GODDAMN RIGHT!

Me: can we talk?

Zachary❤️: sure I'll call you

Me: no, like in person rn

Zachary❤️: oh..ok

Me: I'll be at ur house in 10

"Ray I'll be right back" I said walking out the door with my phone

"Good luck bby!" She said

I felt this gut feeling that I shouldn't be doing this, but my mind is telling me 'stop being a pussy and just fucking confront him'.

*ten minutes later*

*knock knock*

"Hey" Zach said opening the door

He tried giving me a hug but I dodged it.

"Woah what's wrong?" He asked

"Are you cheating on me?"

"What?! No! W-why would I do that?"

"You act so weird around that waitress, we know she's your ex, it's obvious" I said

"I don't have feelings for her, I have feelings for you" he said stepping closer

"But why did you run out of chipotle! Why did you meet up with her?" I stepped back

"She said she misses me" he replied

"Ok? So? That doesn't mean you should go and see her!" I said raising my voice

"I talked to her trying to tell her that we are together!" He said

"And?" I asked

"She didn't let me finished so she kissed me mid sentence"

"And you didn't stop it?!" I asked

Tears felt blurry in my eyesight.

"I tried..."

"No you didn't! You could've pushed her off the second she laid her lips on yours!" I replied

He remained speechless. This is where I turn around and leave his ass.

"Wait Dani please" he said

But his voice was becoming distant since I was already in my car. My ass went SKRT away from him. I can't even talk to him, he knows for a damn fact he won't be texting me tonight or else he'll get BLOCKED.

I went back to Ray's house, she was already sleeping so I may as well just sleep.

Author's note: this was such a shitty chapter. I apologize for that, I haven't felt inspired to actually write. I feel bad man but I hope you guys comment and vote I love you all, goodnight ❤️
