Just as he was about the speak the door opened as kiana , cashmere, Apollo and Chanel walked through....

"Y'all go to y'all room and turn some music on" Cassidy said to the kids without taking her eyes off of kiana "and turn the music up as loud as possible" she said as they nodded going to the back room doing exactly what she said

"Cassidy don't" Dasani started but Cassidy cut him off

"No shut your dumb ass up Dasani" she said as kiana tried to open the door and leave but Cassidy went and shut it

"Oh no baby ain't no leaving , you about to get yo ass beat" she said taking her hoops out

Cassidy was tired of her and taking her kids without her permission had pulled the last string for her she had to beat her ass now before she got way out of hand

"Please don't fight me I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I just wanted to be like you I'm sorry for taking it that far"

"Fuck your apology!" She yelled about to run up on her but Dasani held her back

"I will definitely fight your dumb ass to so get off of me" she said punching him in the neck trying to get him to move

"Kiana leave while you have the chance" he said as she ran out of the house leaving causing Cassidy to punch him in the face

"Fuck you dave!" "Our kids could've really been in danger and your just allowing it I can't believe you!!, you are not the man I fell in love with anymore what happened to him, you bout dumb as hell now" she said shaking her head as the loud music from the back room played

"He grew up" he said as a tear slid down her face

"Into a dumb ass" she mumbled wiping the tear away

"Stop calling me that shit I ain't dumb , I got so much shot going on with me right now I'm not able to see what's really happening" he explained

"Have you even noticed that I'm going through shit also? Everything ain't about your ass I got way bigger problems going on ,the closest person I had to a brother died a couple days ago and you haven't even noticed how down I've been you don't notice shot about me anymore all you worried bout is kiana , it's always kiana this kiana that but never Dasani are you okay, now tell me what the fuck happened to the Cassidy I fell in love with"

"Dasani we have 3 kids now I don't have time to check on you every minute of the day anymore, I'm always worried about them trying to make sure they're okay, the Cassidy you fell in love with got crushed when you broke her heart I can't be that caring Cassidy anymore because I'm to afraid to let my guard down because I'm scared of feeling that pain I felt when you went and did what you did to me, I can't even get into another relationship because of what you did to me" she cried

"you throw that shit in my face all the time cas! How many times do I have to say sorry? I'm not perfect I'm sorry for cheating on you I'm sorry for not being their for you when you had Chanel but damn I'm hurting to! You not the only one who hurting , I been carrying that shit with me every since I did it, I been tryna make it up but it's like no matter what I do you throw it back in my face"

"My pain runs deeper Dasani, you did it but im the one that went through it were both hurting I understand that but we're both feeling two different types of hurt I'm sorry for throwing it in your face but I don't want to live in that pain anymore but your the only one who can heal me , I can't even get into another relationship because I'm still stuck on you even through everything I've been through" she cried as he pulled her into his chest

"I'm sorry Cassidy I really am , we need to let this hurt go and restart, you deserve somebody who's gonna treat you better than I ever did please forgive me" he said as she cried into his chest "I love you so much but I can't stand to see you like this , I want to see you happy I do" he said pulling away looking into her now blood shot eyes before connecting his lips with hers

That was the first time they had kissed in years and it felt so right they were both still deeply in love with one another but Cassidy was still hurt and couldn't put her trust into him

"I have to go" she mumbled pulling away going into the back to get the kids

"Let's go" she said as they turned the music off grabbing their book bags

"Mommy you sad?" Chanel asked causing Cassidy to shake her head no

"Then why your eyes red"

"Mommy not feeling well , say bye to your dad" she said not making eye contact with him as all three of the kids said bye

"You still coming over tomorrow for taco night" cashmere asked as he nodded his head

"I'll be there as always" he said as they all walked out the front door

"I love y'all" he said to the kids as Cassidy our Chanel in the car "all of y'all" he said connecting eyes with Cassidy as she got into the front seat pulling off

He was glad they was able to have a moment like that and get everything out. It was for the better anyways no matter what was said they was gonna grow past it

And as for kiana he was gonna have to deal with her one way or the other
