I was recently diagnosed with anxiety. It was what triggered my attack.
What do you think I can do to help relieve myself and the symptoms? ( difficulty breathing, heart palpitations and dizziness) I'm not dying XD but I will have a lot of panic attacks in the future and I want to know how to cope with them. They're traumatizing. You feel like you're dying. The world collapses. Everything is incoherent. You want to pass out. You feel helpless.
