As True Love Lives On: Newt X Reader (Sequal!!!)

Chapter 4

  You had this sensation you were in a familiar area. Several street lights shut off and you turn to see Newt standing in front of you.

 "Newt?" you asked. "Newt?" said Thomas. Newt turned around. His eyes were black. You gasped. Newt then growled and charged at Thomas. You scream as Thomas pushes you out of the way and pushes Newt to the ground. "Newt! Newt! It's me!" said Thomas. Newt got up and charged at him again. They were rolling around on the floor while you stood there petrified, not knowing what to do.

Newt and Thomas separated, then his next words killed you. "TOMMY, KILL ME!"
"No!" you scream and run towards him. "No, Y/N!" Thomas pushes you again out of the way. Newt charged at Thomas again. They were strangling each other then Newt stopped. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Tommy." he looked back at you. "Y/N. I love you."Then he reached for Thomas's pant leg and grabbed his gun and aimed it at his head. "No!" you scream in blood murder and charge at them.

Thomas grabbed at the gun from Newt, causing it to slide on the floor. You run to it as Newt growled inhumanly. You grabbed the gun and screamed Newt's name. He turned around, seeing you point the gun at your own head. Newt screamed and charged at you. You close your eyes and repeatedly said "It's okay. It's okay."

Newt stopped in front of you. "You wouldn't." he growled. "There's still time for you and you won't take it. If you wanna go. Then I will too."

You closed your eyes, then felt the gun get smacked out of your hand, hitting you as well. A gash appearing on the side of your head. You gasped in surprise as you see Newt sprint for the gun. Thomas ran at him and kicked the gun out of the way. He had a knife in his hand, which Newt forcefully took. 

Newt  started stabbing at Thomas with a knife. He's growling like a full on Crank now. You run at both of them with a battle cry as Newt kicked Thomas off of him, Newt swinging the knife. You started to see spots right before you reach them. But, you get so dizzy you fall over right as you see Thomas and Newt huddled together, then Newt collapsing. He was dead. 

"No." you say, crawling to him. "No!" you say louder as you reach him. The knife was lodged in his chest, blood coming out, creating a puddle. "NO!" you started to sob. "NO, PLEASE! NEWT!" you were screaming at the top of your lungs. Thomas had left with the gun. 

You closed your eyes and took the knife out of Newt's chest. The horrid sound of it cutting through his ribs making you feel like vomiting. You hold the knife up, but before you could do anything, you felt so overwhelmed, so panicked, so in pain that you passed out right as Brenda got to you.

You wake up screaming as Newt shakes you awake. "It's okay, love. It's okay." he embraces you. "They're not working. They're not working." you say softly in a panicked tone. "We'll ask Dr.Pillsbury if we can add another dosage of your medication." Newt said, rubbing circles on your back to calm you down. "The fact that I take medications make me feel crazy." you say while taking shaky breaths. "I know, love. I just want your nightmares to stop. This is the only way and I want you better."

You weren't calm enough to leave your tent until almost an hour of Newt caressing you and cuddling you. 

That afternoon you went to see Dr.Pillsbury. "Is there a chance we can upper the dosage?" you asked. "Only half a tablet more. You wouldn't want to overdose." she said. "Okay, hopefully that will be better. Thank you." Newt said.

That night, you cut an extra tablet in half and took it with your regular dosage.

 "Newt?" you asked. "Newt?" said Thomas. Newt turned around. His eyes were black. You gasped. Newt then growled and charged at Thomas. You run at both of them with a battle cry as Newt kicked Thomas off of him, Newt swinging the knife. 

You charge at the both of the without thinking, You go in between Thomas and Newt and you feel a pain in your chest and everything turns cold and everything goes black.

 It wasn't until then did Thomas real;oze what he'd done. He killed Y/N. Killed her! He didn't want to kill anyone. He didn't even see her coming. Newt's growl turned into a scream of agony. "Newt, Newt,I-" Thomas tried to say, but Newt grabbed the gun from Y/N's side and aimed it at his head. Thomas went to stop him, but it was too late. He had pulled the trigger and shot himself dead, leaving Thomas screaming in tears.

You were shaken awake again. "No! NO!" you screamed awake. "Y/N, you're okay, you're okay. I'm here."
You sob as you bring him into a quick hug. "It's still not working." you sob.
