Skye's POV
I sit on the train alone, my friends have ditched me for the bus today. On a Monday too! I don't like trains, nor do I like being alone so it's not a very good afternoon. But at least I can play with my Ragdoll breed cat, Molly.
I love cats. I think weird things when I'm alone.
I hear shouting and turn in my seat. I see Jai, Caspar and Liam setting themselves onto seats nearby, laughing at something. Boys.
I catch myself eavesdropping, but curiosity takes over.
"Okay let's play Truth or Dare" Jai announces.
"Yeah" Liam and Caspar sound as excited.
"Okay I'll start...Liam, Truth or Dare."
"Ahh Dare!"
Jai lowers his voice.
"I dare you to go up to a random and...say 'I stalk you' then go!" The group laughs, then Liam does his dare. It's hilarious to them, but I'm not even smiling. Okay, maybe a little. I admit that I have a slight crush on Jai, but I don't think I'll ever get a chance with him.
Taliah thinks I will, but what does she know?
The game continues without them noticing that I'm on the same carriage. It's a good thing that I'm not seen, in a way. When I hear them lower their voices after Jai answered truth, I listen carefully.
"Who," Caspar whispers, "Are you currently crushing on?" This just got intense.
Jai answers them, being extremely quiet. So quiet that I can literally just hear it.
