Eyes Closed (Chaelisa)

Chapter 1

Rosé POV

Only 2 days left till the Japan Arena Tour in Fukuoka. We are currently at the arena and practicing our songs.

After practicing all our group performances, I picked up my electric guitar and started  walking towards the center of the stage. As I was walking I couldn't help but feel my heart beating loudly. Weird? This is only just a rehearsal and yet I'm nervous. I stopped when I reached the center, I looked around my surroundings and saw Jisoo-unnie playing games on her phone, and Jennie-unnie hug Lisa from behind. Lisa looked at me, smiled and mouthed "fighting!".

I took a deep breath and sang:

"I, I know where to lay
I know what to say
It's all the same

It's all the same

Now if I keep my eyes closed he looks just like you

Before I could finish the song, the thought of Lisa being hugged by Jennie-unnie kept replaying in my head and all of a sudden tears were falling out of my eyes. I kept singing even though my voice was on the verge of cracking.

They don't realize that I'm thinking about you

I stood there in place for God knows how long. Time seemed to stop when I was woken from the claps they were giving me. I forced a smile and wiped the last of my tears before quickly walking off the stage.

Jennie-unnie shouted "My hubby!" and ran up beside me.

"Rosie you did a great job! I was touched by your performance." She smiled and put her arms around me.

"Thanks unnie." I gave her a weak smile.
"I'm feeling a bit drained after that performance, I think I'll go back to the hotel early and skip dinner with you guys."

Before she could even respond, I quickly left and went back to the hotel. Laying on my bed, Lisa's face kept resurfacing on my head as I fell asleep.
