Gate: Thus the Ultramarins Fought there

Chapter 8:Battle of Italica.

  The JSDF and the Ultramarines were at the south gate and sun was coming down one of Itami's men was scope at the enemy which is 800 to 5000 enemy soldiers  

  "Yeah i know that we're a decoy" said itami "There are only 12 of us and we have 11 giant super soldier defending the south gate." said itami "That princess was to make this gate undefended as bait and finish the battle at the second line defense behind us "Said Ronan then itami nob "I do not think the enemy will attack us here and since they are soldiers first" said Ronan "Capt she is commanding officer here,right?" said Itami "So we need to listen to her, Don't we?" asked itami.  "The only why i obey her is because i want to test her her strategy and it is highly that this plan will going to fail" said Ronan

  The JSDF and Ultramaris were preparing. Rory was leaning looking at the field that will become to be a warzone "Hey, Itami and Ronan" they were called by Rory "Why are you helping the Princess of an Empire that was suppose to be your enemy" She asked all of a sudden she wants to know their hidden motive "To protect townspeople\civillian" they both answered her question "Are you interested another reason?" said Ronan. Rory smiled "The god i serve emloy, is the god of war. the act of taking lives is not sin to him. But that makes your motive very important, Lies and deception taint the soul"

  To Ronan her words were Heresy and would be killed on the spot Lies and deception will always be part in the war in war it was always that you need every advantage against to your enemy including decieving your enemy but to the Ultramarines this is dishonorable almost all the legion viewed it as dishonorable.  

But still then itami broke the silence.

"To protect the people here in not a lie...But there's one more thing i want that princess to understand it's better to be our friends. than try and fight us" said Itami and smile "And how about you Ronan?" asked Rory she turned to Ronan he then bend to her as she is very small to him barely above his tights "We space marines are defenders of humanity Rory and Protecting these people is not a lie...killing them will only bring dishonorable to a space marine and well except for the others... and I want that Princess and the Empire to know who are they dealing with...I want to show them how a Space marine fight... i want them tremble before the might of a legion...I fought Immortals and i beat them" said Ronan with pride.

  An evil smile grew in demigoddess lips. "Ah this is what's all about. To send a clear and brutal message. to strike terror into their hearts so that they'll never challenge you. I love it. I love it!" Rory face the 2 and curtsied. she was really really starting to get interest in the 2 but she is more interested to Ronan. "Then i'll be happy to assist you and besides, it has been too long time since i had some fun" said Rory "It's not really" said Itami "Are you really to give them a message Capt.Ronan?' asked Itami "Yes, and since my ship is in the orbit and all i need is to a call reinforcement and they will rain down fire to our enemies this planet will know that message" said Ronan. Itami's mouth and the other who heard it open in shock they have a starships in this world? this is going to be a another massacare itami thought.  

  It was beyond midnight now. And there is still no contact unless "They will not going to attack here"said Ronan with low tone voice "Are you sure about that capt?" asked Itami then suddenly their auspex ring to life as the enemy was attacking at the east,west, and north gate.  

  "Why!" said Rory she is displease cause no one attack at the south gate "Weren't they going t oattack us here?" "0311 hours. Perfect time to night attack" said Furuta "As i said they are soldier first before bandits" said Ronan and east still hasn't to call reinforcement since the Princess know that they are only a decoy.  "As i suspect this plan will going to fail you are not really good commander princess and this your first battle and suspicious is correct"
