"Bye, take care of yourself!"

"I will!!" I shout back as I come face to face with the school doors. I got in and made my way to my locker. I got there expecting to see Michelle, since she always comes before me. But she is not there.

I walk closer to my locker and lean my left arm on it. I took out my phone and look for the name I save Michelle as (Mimi💖). I found it and text her:

Me: Hey Michelle how are you today? I haven't seen you at school, considering you always come before me.

She replied after two minutes.

Mimi💖: Hey! I'm not feeling well, so I am not coming.

Me: Still sick?

Mimi💖: Yeah...

Me:I will come and visit. So see you later.

Mimi💖: Okay, see you.

I put my phone in my pocket just when the bell rang. I took out my math book. Yay! and made my way to my favorite subject not class.

"Ashley." Nudge

"Hey Ashely." Nudge again.

"Wait.. just one minute." I whispered back. We currently in physics. My last class before after school. I turn to my left to face his handsome face and smiled.

"Yeah?"

"Can I ask you something after school?" Dixton asked.

You didn't even have to ask.

"Yeah sure. I will be waiting." I said smiling. He gives me my favorite dimple grin.

"Okay."

I look at my other side to see Chase already looking at us actually glaring at Dixton. But Dixton just smiles at him. Which is surprising because people are scared of Chase's glares.

I look down and shake my head.

Boys are so confusing.

I came out of the school and told Josh to wait for me which he replied with:

"You know I will never leave with out you." With a toothy grin.

I decided to think about break today. It was awkward, actually I'm the one who made it awkward. Even Mason tried to lighten the mood but nothing worked. I kept quiet the whole break. Ace was so quiet the whole break also which was unusual since his always talking to Mason.

I am still really angry at Chase. He even behaved like nothing happened yesterday, making me more angry at him. So that's how he wants it. I will behave as if he doesn't exist in my life.

I waited after five minutes I saw Dixton coming to my direction.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting."

"It's fine." I could even wait for five hours. "Yeah, so what did you want to ask me?"

"Yeah. Please don't take it as a rush but I really wanted to say this yesterday but you where already gone. Plus I'm only free this night."

"Yeah, okay go on."

"Will you go out on a date with me?"

I knock on her door again.

"Am coming." a cracking voice said. After two minutes the door finally opened.

"Hi." a girl kinda my age said.

"Hi, huh am looking for Michelle is she in?" I asked looking over her shoulder.

"Stupid! It's me!" she said hitting my arms.

"No I don't play jokes. Where is Michelle?"

"I am not joking. Ash!" she said loving lightly. It is her.

"OMG! What happened to you?"

"Are you coming in?" I push her in and got in closing the door. She really look a mess that I her best friend didn't recognize her: Her hair is like a nest, her eyes are red and looked like someone punched her ten times on the face. She notice my weird look and quickly looked down.

"What happened to you?" I asked confused.

This sickness must be serious..

"I think you should go to the doctor." I said she looked up at me and broke down. "Oh no stop crying I quickly went to her and hug her.
