Yoongi POV
Sighing quietly to myself, I continue tossing and turning in bed even though it's past eleven in the morning. I just have no real drive to get out of bed at this point. I'm worried for her and I can't help but wonder how she's holding up.
I know Namjoon said that she's got this handled and that she's perfectly capable of taking them down, but it's been a week now. It's been a week and there's still nothing. No sign of her coming back. No sign that she's okay. No sign for when she might come back or what condition she'd be in.
It's just hard. It's been weighing me down since we got here and I know it's been doing the same to Hoseok. Despite my door being closed, I've heard the guys passing by my room and mumbling about him and I hardly ever leaving our rooms or our beds. The girls stop in, but they say essentially the same thing. It's just hard not knowing what's happening and not being able to do anything about it.
I just want her to be okay. I want her to be okay and back in my arms again. I... I never thought I could miss someone as much as I do with her. She really did melt my cold heart and it's got me terrified now. No wonder she told me that I shouldn't get so attached... It hurts like hell not knowing...
Ryujin POV
"Learn your lesson yet, sweetheart?" Jeongin questions between heavy breaths, smirking at me. Looking up at him, I can hardly take him seriously. I managed to break his nose the other day just from smashing my head against his when he hadn't been suspecting it and now it's swollen and bruised.
"I could go on for years with this, Jeongin. You're not breaking me. You'd be better off just cutting your losses and killing me instead." I tell him with my own smirk, being careful not to make a sound with the chains as I work to get my hands free.
He comes straight over towards me and I take it as my opportunity. Squeezing my eyes shut just before he sends another punch to my face, just as he makes contact, I manage to dislocate my thumb and slip my first hand free. As he stumbles back, I keep my eyes squeezed shut whilst popping it back into place. Though, all he probably thinks I'm doing it for is because of the pain from his punch which was rather weak quite honestly.
"Weak, Jeongin. I would've thought you'd be stronger than that. It just feels like you're getting weaker." I chuckle as I quietly work to free my other hand without having to dislocate my hand.
"You fucking bitch!" He growls, coming towards me to hit me once again. Though, just before he can, I manage to rock the chair back enough to tip it. Getting my hand free in the nick of time, I move it out of the way just before the back of the chair slams back onto the concrete flooring. Jeongin ends up stumbling due to the missed hit, stumbling into the table of tools and making a complete mess.
Quickly reaching up before he can recover, I free my ankles from the chains and roll off the chair just before he could throw a hammer at me. I quickly hop up to my feet, cracking my knuckles as I smirk at the boy in front of me.
"So sorry, sweetheart. I don't want to overstay my welcome though." I taunt before he runs towards me with a knife. I quickly duck down, sticking my foot out and tripping him. Conveniently, he ends up falling on the knife and stabbing himself. Rolling my eyes, I walk over to the table and find a gun lying there.
"All bark and no bite." I mutter to myself as I plant a bullet in the back of his head. Though, a smirk tugs once again at my lips as I hear feet rushing from outside the door.
I walk back over to the chair and pull it upright once more since the door was directly across the room from it anyways. Sitting down and crossing a leg over the other, I check the clip to make sure I've got enough bullets before aiming at the door.
"Come on in, boys. I know you curious. I don't bite... I can't say the same for the bullets though." I call out to them with a chuckle. Just then, the door is kicked open.
Not dumb enough to aim for a chest shot since they'll be wearing vests, I make clean shots to the head as they enter one by one. Though, as the last one enters, I run out. I just chuckle instead, tossing the gun aside as I wouldn't want to use it on him anyways.
"Aw, out of your pretty little bullets?" Changbin questions with a smirk as he enters the room lastly.
"I wouldn't wanna let you off that easily to begin with, Changbin. I do believe you and I have... unfinished business to tend to." I respond calmly as I stand and walk towards the table and grabbing a couple knives off it.
"Still sensitive after all these years, huh?" He chuckles. I keep a straight face as I look over at him, slowly making my way towards him.
"First mistake: killing my brother and thinking I wouldn't come back for you. Second mistake: helping Hyunjin take my fiancé's brother, who also happens to be a very good old friend of mine, and thinking you could get away with it. Third mistake: thinking you could come after me and my brother, and not thinking that it would come with consequences. You never did figure out just who the fuck you've been messing with all these years, did you?" I question, stalking towards him without him realizing it.
"You really are still the same weak little bitch you were back then, aren't you?" He asks with a smirk.
"That adds up to three strikes, Changbin. Means you're out." I smirk, shooting him a wink.
