The Park

After...that incident with Weiss and Silver, the rest of the day was spent trying to burn that memory out of your head. From there, everyone else re-entered the ship and went to the few sleeping areas on board the vessel while the others chilled in the bridge. The whole rest of the night was everyone explaining their days. As it turns out the idea of a "couple's" day was a big benefit for all who participated. Well...almost everyone.

Blake and Gure spent the day going to a few bookstores and ended off the night with a somewhat a romantic dinner were it not for Gure's...usual tendencies. Weiss and Silver were already spoken for, same with you and Ruby. Nora and Ren however, had quite the adventure. Together, in the span of 4 hours were banned from 3 different restaurants because Nora wouldn't stop eating everything. Two different stores because Nora destroyed everything. And finally, a petting zoo...for breaking a goat out of its pen and riding it all over town.

Regardless of that, it was still a pretty nice day for everyone. Everyone except Burly and Qrow. The two of them had went down to some beach pub at the coastline of the town. There both Qrow and Burly hit on these two sisters at the place and claimed they were brothers and that Qrow was a widower. They didn't say much about the whole ordeal but according to Burly one apparently was already married and the other, younger sister was already in a relationship. The two guys arrived and proceeded to beat both Qrow and Burly and long story short, Burly was terrified of going to the beach, Qrow was more than willing to go.

That little sentiment led to today's plan.

Ruby: BEACH DAY!

(Y/N): A beach episode. Why am I not surprise at this point?

Ruby: I thought you'd love the beach?

(Y/N): I do. But...I don't know. I feel as if though we should be moving on to Atlas pretty quick.

Ruby: We'll move along just after. Don't worry about it, (Y/N). Or are you still a bit-

(Y/N): Of course I'm still scared of Salem. That and the possible Mistral police coming after us. And Salem's forces. Possible Grimm invasion. You breaking my heart.

Ruby: I've known you for years! Have I actually done that?

(Y/N): What, no?! Look, I'm just...

Ruby: (Y/N). Just this one day. Then we can keep moving forward. Ok?

(Y/N): Uh...ok. Just for today.

Ruby: See?! There's my...something something.

(Y/N): I swear that nickname is going to be the end of you Rosebud.

With that, the two of you headed out to the beach. Neither of you had any clothing for it, or anyone for that matter. As a result, you guys were stuck to just walk the beach. That is until Ruby saw the only major thing that made Panna known to the rest of the world, the massive amusement park along the coast. You looked to Ruby and just saw her eyes explode and a smile grow on her face. You reached into your jacket and pulled out your wallet.

(Y/N): I've got about 70 left.

Ruby: (Sarcastically) No?!

(Y/N): Even if I say no, it will be about 2 hours and you'll be back here!

Ruby: Yeah! Let's go!

Ruby grabbed your hand and dragged you to the park. It was really just like back in Vale when you and Ruby first began hanging out and she invited your family to the park with her family.

Ruby was at least 10 years old and you were twelve along with Yang. Flynn was in his final year at Beacon so he didn't come. Your mother and father also came with you two as did Yang and Taiyang. Ruby and Yang were basically dragging you into the park while your parents hanged back with Taiyang.
