IL DIAVOLO

according to legend, il diavolo, or the devil, is not just one being that controls the underworld. instead, the spirit of il diavolo is passed down through generations, though it is not uncommon for it to skip a person, or even a generation.

the only way for diavolo to unlock its true potential is to kill a human being. only then will it be able to unlock its powers and fully control them.

contrary to myth, diavolo is not a malicious being. quite the opposite, actually. diavolo was sent to earth as a protector, a leader, a guardian. when around friends, family, even a pack, diavolo will have the natural instinct to protect those close to them.

a diavolo that has not killed will still have abilities, but not as strong or as abundant as those that have killed. powers of diavolo include the physical transformation of pitch black eyes, horns on the top of their heads, claws, and sharpened teeth.

their physical abilities will expand to heightened senses, with the exception of eyesight, which tends to be weak, dwindling with age. a diavolo will also have high stamina, be faster than the average human, as well as physically stronger. diavolo are very hard to kill, the only ways that they can die as a full diavolo is to be stabbed in the heart with a silver blade, or when using their powers to bring another back to life.

some diavolo that have not killed possess the ability to bring others back from the dead, but they will die indefinitely, and it is not always guaranteed to work. a full diavolo has the guarantee that it will work, but that may still not be enough to save its own life.

some diavolo have the ability to use telekinesis, but this is a rare gift that not all diavolo have. it is one that comes only if it is passed through their family, and will only come if the diavolo has killed.
