When Dazai saw Tsukiyomi's hand on the handle of the door, he knew what she was planning to do. Without hesitation, his hand shot out and grabbed onto her wrist, pulling her hand away from the handle.

Tsukiyomi's eyes traced the hand and turned her head to her left as she went. She then met a pool of brown ones and they stared at one another. Not wanting to waste any more time and have the distance between her and Kouyou grow bigger, she cuts the silence. "Could you let go of my hand? I need to catch up with her." Tsukiyomi said.

Dazai frowned even more. His grip tightened on her wrist subconsciously to prevent her to going away. "I thought I said no."

"And I thought I already told you that I have to go." Tsukiyomi answered shortly within a heartbeat.

"Regardless, I'm not allowing you to go." Dazai firmly stated. The tensed grip on her wrist that was slowly cutting off the blood flow to her fingers was enough to show how much he didn't want to let her go. "It's too dangerous."

Tsukiyomi started feeling restless with how he was being persistent in not letting her go. She knew he was looking out for her. But she had already made up her mind in doing this. She felt caged in like before. Not being able to do things to help those she puts close to her. Lips pulled downwards into a frown, she gave Dazai a stone glare. "I can take care of myself. I don't need you to keep saying what is good for me and what not! If you keep trying to pull me away, I will force you to let me go. I know what I am doing and the dangers of it, but I got to do it to end--"

"But you would get yourself hurt in the end!" Dazai interjected, an angry scowl presented itself on his face. No signs of the usual happiness or the dramatic clown in him could be seen anymore. It was just distress, concern, anger and upset. "You're always putting yourself before others. Can't you be more upfront and don't lie to yourself? You aren't doing this just for your own desires. Knowing you, you are doing it for everyone else in every way." He reproached bitterly. "Why don't you ever just stand back and do things with the rest of us? Why don't you take our advises and—"

" 'stand back and do things with the rest of us?' " Tsukiyomi cited his words, cutting him mid-sentence. "Says the person who does things behind our backs. I don't want to just stand back and do nothing. If I can do something, I will! I had enough of being behind people. I don't want to lose any other people close to me! I don't want history to repeat itself again!" She yelled back at him. Dazai's eyes went wide in astonishment. "Yes, I admit, some things I do are also done so that they can come as an advantage for us." Tsukiyomi continued, "But, you came up with a plan, or maybe even plans, and do them without telling anyone until it was time to act! So what's the difference in what you or I do?" Tsukiyomi tried yanking her hand out from his grip but to no avail. "The things I do, aren't of your concerns Osamu-san!"

Dazai's eyes narrowed dangerously on her. He clicked his tongue and his left hand finally let go of Tsukiyomi's wrist. But instead, he grabbed onto her shoulder. "It is of my concern!" He yelled, shaking her shoulder a tad bit to emphasise his point. "Because it is you, that I'm worried like this!"

A short gasp left Tsukiyomi. She never would have thought he was actually feeling agitated because he was concern about her. She guessed the reason, and never notion that it would be spot-on. Warmth swelled in her chest.
