Peggys POV
I'm sitting on my bed and listening to angelica read the text from John
"I hope you come to tomorrow then and next time you skip tell me so I won't be stuck in the boring ass class winky face," Angelica said then handed the phone back to me. I take my phone and read it in shock I was looking at the winky face for about 30 minutes when I decided to text back
Peggy: Okay I will see you tomorrow :)
I set down my phone and lay on my bed. After about an hour I watch tv. Another hour goes by and I fall asleep.
Johns POV
I read Peggy's text and sit my phone down. I watch a movie and eat popcorn. I fall asleep about 30 minutes into the movie.
😴the next day😴
I wake up and check what time it is. I see that it 10 am and I quickly get up and get dressed. I was so late for class. I quickly grab my phone and books and run out of the dorm. I run down the stairs, out the building, down the sidewalk, and into the school. I quickly walk to my seat beside Peggy. I pull out my books and pencils. I hoped the teacher was too much into his lesson so he wouldn't see me. I guess I said that to quick because he turned around and stared me straight in the eyes then said
"Mr. Laurens?"
I slowly put my head up and said
"Yes?"
The teacher motioned me to the front of the class. I get up and go to the front of the class. He stands in front of the class beside me and says
"Why were you late?"
I look at the class....mostly at Peggy and said
"I sleep in"
The teacher took a little pause and said
"We're you on your phone all night?"
I slightly nod my head yes kind of confused
The teacher looks at me and says
"Hand me your phone"
I kind of look at him in disbelief of what he just said. I put my hand on my phone in my back pocket and look at Peggy. I slowly pull out my phone and slowly hand it to him. The teacher goes over to his aux cord that puts your phone screen on the board. The teacher plugs my phone into the aux cord and shows my phone on the screen. He motioned me to come over to him. I walk over to him he tells me to open my phone up. I open my phone and he looks through it. At first, it's all fine and there's really no secrets. The teacher goes to my messages. I try to take my phone but he pulls away and opens it then says
"So that's what's keeping you up all night"
My face becomes a little pink from me blushing. The teacher opens up my messages and opens the message to the last person I talked to it was my ex-girlfriend...Scarlet.
(I'm so sry I haven't updated this in a long time. I've been busy with school)
