Chapter Fourteen: Communication is key, my dear.
GEORGE smiled sadly at the love of his life. He knew this, yet her saying it out loud was heartbreaking.
"You're not at the party," Lydia stated. Rolling his eyes playfully George pulled her closer, "I wanted to spend the night with you and I knew you wouldn't want to go to the party."
Leaning her head on George's chest, Lydia sighed. It's like he knows what I want before I do. "If you still want to go you can," Lydia said, pulling away to look at him.
Shaking his head, George took his hand out of Lydia's and held her waist, "I want to spend the night with you, Lydia. Only you," George mumbled before picking her up and throwing her on his shoulder.
"George!" Lydia exclaimed, giggling into his t-shirt as he walked into the bedroom.
Lydia landed gently on the bed, grinning at the boy who she'd given her heart to, as he hovered over her. Wrapping her arms around his neck, Lydia brought his face closer till their lips touched.
A constant beeping noise kept ringing and reluctantly Lydia opened her eyes only for George's arms to tighten around her.
"Five more minutes," he mumbles against her shoulder, making goosebumps to appear on her skin. Sighing, Lydia turned to face George and began playing with his hair.
Though as she did a thought from last night came into her head which made her frown slightly. "George," she whispered.
Humming in response, George's eyes fluttered open. The tone in her voice alerted him and he knew whatever she had to say was important.
"Do you care that I'm a virgin?"
A blush spread across Lydia's cheeks as the words passed her lips. Though once they did, George pulled her closer to him.
"Lydia, I don't have a say when it comes to that. It's your body and your choice," George said, brushing a piece of hair out of her face.
