Just another day

Caitlin's point of view

(Time skip....)

It's been really weird around star labs well maybe not with everyone else but Barry he always jump when I come up from behind him or if I get to close to him I just don't understand what is going on but I can't take it anymore. I find Barry in the med bed.

"Barry?" I say walking up from behind him he jumps up but I grab his arm
"Barry please what's wrong?"
"Nothing Caitlin don't worry " I could see he was lying I could see it on his face
"Barry tell me the truth " he sighed rubbing the back of his neck
"Something happened and I don't feel like sharing it at this moment "
"Oh ok"

We both stand there in silence before I finally talk "Barry?"
"Yes"
"Are we cool?"

He waits for a moment staring deep into my eyes and I get lost in his stunning green eyes.

"We are cool" we look at each other for a long moment almost creeping closer to one another
"Guys!" I hear Cisco scream. We break apart and I see Cisco come in and he stops by the door

"What are you guys doing?"
"Nothing?!" We both say as we look at each other and then back at Cisco
"Was there a problem Cisco?" Barry says smiling in a normal tone
"Oh yes, Nora's leaving " Barry looks at me and we both walk out into the main room were we see Nora standing there with a backpack on and hugging everyone. Barry walks up to her and gives her a big hug and whispering something to her that seemed important. She nods at him and looks at me

"Caitlin " she says in a cute tone. I walk up to her and hug her tight
"Be safe Nora" she breaks apart and smiles at me "Thanks Caitlin ". She nods at everyone before zooming off.

It's been a few days since Nora left and Cisco has been working on a new case. Im house keeping my friends very big house. It's late at night and I had just fallen into a nice deep sleep when I heard big banging on my door. Agh I stumble out of bed and go and open the door. There stands Barry and Cisco. I rub my eyes I'm only wearing my nice pajamas and a messy bun
"Guys what are you doing here?"

I say as Cisco smiles and walks in. Barry stays were he is looking me up and down but in to tired to care
"Come on in Barry" he nods and shyly comes in. I close the door and walk into the kitchen. They both follow me in and I look at them annoyed
"Caitlin look I know it is late "
"Damn right it's 1 in the morning I'm going to bed "
I throw my hands up and start walking to the bedroom
"Caitlin please we found a break through with this meta human case "
I look at them
"Two minutes cait " I look at them both and sigh
"Fine two minutes "

"Thank you Caitlin " i sigh as Cisco puts stuff on the table and I watch the clock. Barry doesn't seem to want to come to close to me and I don't mind I think he is just shy that I'm not in my usual clothes. I see Cisco's mouth moving but I don't listen to what he is saying. I look at the time again and two minutes is up
"And I'm going to bed " I start walking out of the kitchen and to the stairs.
"Caitlin come on Barry go after her "
I just keeping walking in to tired to talk.
"You can sleep on the couch Cisco "

I walk into the bedroom and start to climb into bed. I am under the covers when Barry walks in
"I guess you aren't getting up huh?"
"Nope "
He laughs and starts to walk out the room
"Why don't you just stay "
"What?"
"Just climb into bed bar"
He takes off his jacket and puts it on the chair and takes off his shoes. He climbs into bed and I turn off the lamb and I turn to face him he turns his head and Mets my eyes
"Good night Barry"
"Goodnight Caitlin "
I close my eyes and drift off in a lovely sleep.

I wake up and Barry is still next to me sound a sleep. I get up and look at the clock it's 7:00. I walk down the stairs and look around Cisco is passed out with papers all around him on the couch. He is snoring so loud I'm pretty sure people can hear him from next door. I walk into the kitchen and make some coffee. I walk back out and Cisco is still passed out. I laugh to myself and walk back up stairs. Barry is still asleep too. I decide it's best to have a shower. After a nice shower I get dressed in some jeans and a white shirt and leave my hair down. I put makeup on and socks. Barry is still a sleep. I walk back down stairs and Cisco is the same. Oh come on guys. I walk back into the kitchen and start making breakfast for everyone. Finally Barry walks in staring at me while stretching. I smile at him and dish him a plate
"You didn't have to Caitlin"
"I did, now eat but first "
I run to Cisco and grab a pillow hitting him hard with it.

"I'm up I'm up!" He screams falling off the couch and I laugh doing a little dance.
"
Breakfast is ready get the hell up"
Both boys look at me and I stare right back
"What?" I smirk and walk back into the kitchen just hitting Barry's shoulder gently he looks at me and I smile
"Let's eat "
They nod and I laugh.
"Hey how about we go to the movies ?"
"The three of us ?"
"Yes who else was I talking to the wall" I laugh and Barry does too. He stops and looks at me.
"That sounds great"
We all eat and get ready. Barry's phone rings he picks it up
"Hey iris, yes I'm just at Caitlin's "
I look down at my hands
"Yes I know, I don't know what time I'll be home, we are going to the movies, Yes, yes I'll see you later ok"
He ends the call and puts it in his pocket

"Sorry about that lets get going "
We all get out the house and I make sure it's closed
"Hey what about all the papers inside ?"
"We can come back later "
"Awesome now how are we going to get there?"
"What do you think?" Barry smiles and grabs my arm and Cisco's
"Hold on tight" I hold on his arm tight as he smiles. We run so fast I nearly fell.
"Never do that again " Says Cisco as Barry laughs and I put my weight on a tree
"You good cait?" I look at him and he is giving love eyes Wait is he giving me love eyes. I look away from him
"Ah Yes Thanks Barry"
He sticks out his hand to me and I take it with hesitation. He helps me stand up straight and I let go of him. This is going to fun but a little odd with Barry but it doesn't matter.
