I wish you could see this. This world you created, the world I live in now. The world I hoped we would live in together.
People walk down the streets without fear, but with freedom. They smile and laugh, happy with this new world.
I stare at their smiles, and remember your smile. The thought brings a smile to my face, until I remember I will never see your smile, your face again. My face crumbles like a old stone building.
I don't remember the last time I smiled since you walked into the headquarters.
I don't think I have.
But how can you smile at the world, when all it does is make you cry?
