Backstory: Adrianne was the product of a drunken one night stand. Julia remembered Ashley as before they both got drunk and did the dirty they were having a conversation. 8 and a half months later, Adrianne was born. Julia didn't think Ashley would remember her, or the fact that they had sex. However, he had a vague memory of her.
2 years later, Julia died in a car accident. She wrote a will once Adrianne was born in case anything ever happened to her. She wanted her assets to be given to her. Her siblings had only betrayed her and her parents wanted nothing to do with her.
Julia wanted Adrianne to be with Ashley if she died before Adrianne was old enough to live on her own.
The police went to Adrianne's daycare to pick her up and explain the situation to her teachers.
The teachers were in shock and were scared for the young girl, not knowing where she would go next.
Adrianne was overwhelmed by all of the people. She was scared because she was being taken. She cried out for her Mommy. All she wanted was to be comforted by her Mommy.
Adrianne was taken to the police station. They were tracking down Ashley to get a hold of him.
They got a hold of Ashley and he took the 2 hour drive down to San Diego. He got there by 3pm.
Adrianne was asleep by the time Ashley came.
He nearly teared up when he saw her. This was for two reasons.
1) He felt sorrow for the little girl after what she had just gone through
2) This little girl was his. His job now was to be the best goddamn father he could be for this little girl.
A police officer gave the girl to Ashley who then cradled Adrianne in his arms. She started to open her eyes.
The second Ashley saw those hazel eyes he knew. He knew this was his baby. And he will do anything and everything to make sure she has the best life possible.
"H-Hi baby girl, I-I'm your daddy" Ashley said looking right at HIS baby girl.
