Surprise,surprise

So start of where we left off so during the wedding rehearsal someone knocked on the door a frustrated kelly answered the door it was someone she didn't really want to see oh who could it be

"What do you want?" kelly asked she knew this person but couldn't match the face with a name kelly have seen this person before but from where. Doris knew who it was she stood from her chair once she saw him

"Christopher" doris asked

"wait Christopher as in you're my father Christopher?" Kelly asked shocked she stepped back she was so in shock her father the man that left her and doris was standing right in front of her, her father.

"What are you doing here" kelly asked

"I'm here for your wedding" he said nervously this isn't the kind of welcome he expected from his daughter but Kelly had the right to be pissed off.

"I don't even know who you are I dont want you in my wedding and you sure as hell can't be apart of my life" kelly slammed the door in his face and ran up the steps.

"We got kelly" bey stood up as her and Michelle went upstairs to get kelly

The bedroom door was closed and locked

Beyonce knocked on the door. "Kelly it's  us" bey said

"I don't want to go back down there" kelly said from the other side of the door

"You don't have to just at least let us in" Michelle said

There were footsteps and kelly opened the door she had tears falling down her cheeks.

"How could he do this to me" she asked "Thinking he can walk back into my life after all this time" kelly said

"I'm so sorry kelly" bey said

"Why does this kind of thing happen to me" kelly asked sitting on the bed. Michelle and bey sat with her.

"What kind of thing" bey asked

"Whenever things are going somewhat great in my life something bad like this happens" kelly sniffled "Why can't great things stay great and how'd he know that I was getting married anyway" kelly rambled this on.

"Well I'm not saying you have to invite him but you have to at least talk to him" Beyonce says

Kelly sighed.

"Fine" kelly said and stood from the bed Michelle and Beyonce followed her downstairs

"Everything okay?" Trey asked approaching her concerned

"What do you think?" kelly asked passing him and opening the door Christopher was still standing there.

"Come by tomorrow afternoon we can talk then" kelly said

"Okay" Christopher nodded kelly nodded back and shut the door

"Rehearsals are over" kelly said facing everyone then walked up stairs.

After everyone left kelly was checking on Chris in his nursery.

"Can we talk" Doris asked

"About what?" kelly asked playing dumb

"About what happen earlier" Doris said

"Oh how my father came up to my doorstep after coming back from the "Dead" and how he wants to be apart of my wedding which is a week away yeah mom you do have a lot of explaining to do" kelly said putting chris in his crib

"I have talked to him a few times before I came here" Doris admitted

"oh what did you two talk about how you guys can ruin my wedding"Kelly said

"I didn't know he was gonna come" doris

"My thing is that why are you even talking to him anyway" Kelly asked

"We've talked over the last few years on the phone but never in person"

"And you decided to tell him my whole life story" kelly said

"Kelly you need to forgive and forget" Doris said

"I think that's my choice not yours" Kelly said leaving the room and joining trey in their room.

"You ready for round two" trey asked sitting on the bed.

"My father has stepped back into my life and my mother has lied about talking to him and you're thinking about having sex I don't think so trey" kelly said walking in the bathroom

"Doesn't mean we can't have round two" trey muttered laying back in bed.

The next day kelly was dreading having the talk with her father but she had to do what she had to do.

While  trey was asleep in bed she was up drinking coffee while sitting on the couch.

When there was a knock at the door. She sighed and stood up she set her coffee on the table and went to answer the door.

she opened it, it was Christopher.

"I thought I said we would talk later" kelly said

"Well I think there's something I really need to tell you and it can't wait" he said

"come in" Kelly said and allowed him in they both sat on the couch.

"so what is it" kelly asked

"well I know you're mad at me for just showing up"

"you got that right" kelly said " why now? I mean I don't even know you"

"I'm you're father....

"yeah I know that thank you Darth Vader. look you can call yourself my father all you want but you aren't acting like one" 

"That's what I'm here to explain to you" he said kelly sighed deeply

"Fine explain away" kelly said

"I was young and stupid and leaving you was the hardest thing I've ever had to do" he said

"Why didn't you ever come back" Kelly asked

"It's not that I didn't think about doing it but I just wasn't  ready to face you at the time"

"Do you love me"

"I will always love you I've always have"

"okay you're not Whitney Houston" Kelly said

"Kelly I'm sorry for what I did and can you find it in youre heart to forgive me" he said

"I can try but its gonna take some time" Kelly said

"Okay well I want you to meet my wife her name is Lisa  she and her daughter sooner or later" he said

"You got married?" Kelly asked

he nodded and smiled at her and kelly smiled back

"you can be in my wedding" kelly blurted out

"Really?" he asked

"You're  my dad and you said you want to be apart of my life and be a great dad and I think that walking me down the aisle will fullfill one of the things of being a father" kelly said

"So tell me about your wife and her daughter"

"well Lisa is beautiful and her daughter is beautiful too she's about your age" Christopher said

"What's  her name?" Kelly asked

"letoya" Christopher said kelly eye's widened and fainted once she heard that name
