Monastero Santa Radegonda
This haunted place has a long controversial story that includes the famous Viscontis.
During the second half of the XIV
century the bastard daughter of Bernabo Visconti, Bernarda , was locked in Rocchetta di Porta Nuova for adultery.
She died after a seven months only on water and bread.
She seems to be appearing frequently in the cloisters of the Church of Santa Radegonda, where you can see her screaming at her father but she also did some appearances in Bologna and Florence , as a prostitute and as a bride.
