JUNO HUGHES never knew freedom. She'd been born to live in a cell for her life, lugging around a no-doubt death sentence through her adolescence. Throughout the years in prison, Juno managed to make a single lasting connection and instill a trace of fear in a majority of the revolving door of prisoners.
BUT WHEN Juno is suddenly given a life, when the dead is allowed to live and no longer has to live in a steel cell, she has to learn how to be a human. Which, when adding the variables of delinquents, Grounders, and the only adult that made it to the ground, becomes really fucking difficult.
