Chapter Five

Jake's POV
I wake up from my annoying alarm clock blasting in my ear I shut it off and get up and stretch, I sat there thinking if I should shower or not but then I remember I still have that gauze on my arms so I walked into the bathroom and took off my uncle sweatshirt and placed it carefully on a hook and started taking off my gauze. Once I got it off I decided I'm not going to shower because I don't smell to bad.. so I will just put in extra the amount in deodorant on. I got dressed into
Jake's outfit

Then I yelled my hair so it will be fluffy, I looked into my mirror and thought
J-damn I look good *thinking*
Then I started going down stair after grabbing my bag, phone, and wallet. When I got downstairs I was about to go into the kitchen when I smelt the amazing smell of bacon, pancakes,and eggs. I knew it was Logan cooking because he cooks like a god it's amazing.
J-hey logey *sits down*
L-hey Jakey someone's in a good mood *puts a pancake on his play along with bacon and eggs*
J-yup! *stuffs eggs in his mouth*
L-*laughs* someone's also hungry
J-yup again

We finish eating and I'm doing dishes while thinking while Logan is getting dressed I was in a good mood but my mood changed when I remembered my bruise on my jaw

I just know those kids are going to mention it ughh. Well I just need to not think about them but one thing I know they are gonna ask "why is it bigger" why don't they just leave me alone. I was snapped out of my thoughts when Logan walked into the kitchen

L-hey Jake you ready to head out, I got to get there early because I'm signing up for something
J-yea I'm ready, here *hands him his backpack*

I'm am so not ready for this

Erika's POV
I am woken up around 7am by my mom calling me

An-Erika get up! I made you a strawberry banana smoothie it's in the fridge I'm off to work, remember wake up Jc for me *shouts from down stairs*
E-yea ok *shouts back*

Once I heard the door close I sighed Jc is a pain to wake up ugh. Before I wake him up I'm drinking that smoothie I'm starving, I walk down stairs and grab it and finish it in about less than five minutes. I walk upstairs and into Jc's room and I don't see him I look in the bathroom because the doer was open, not there hmm maybe closet not there either. Then I hear the window open I turn around and see Jc climbing in he didn't see me so I just stand there waiting for him to notice. He didn't notice me for about a minute he just laid down in his bed
E-well where were you?
Jc-*jumps a little* u-umm what do you m-mean
E-don't lie I just seen you climb through the window now where were you
Jc-fine *sighs* I was with my girlfriend, Emma
E-ooooo a girllll
Jc-shut up *throws a sock at her*
E-Hey! Anyway get up moms not home so get up *walks out and into her room*

I take a really fast shower and get dressed into
Erika's outfit

I walked down stairs and grabbed my bag and heard a car horn I look out the window and see chances cars with the gang all in it
E-I'm getting a ride with my friends so you don't need to take me *shouts to Jc*
Jc-k bye

I run outside and get in and kiss Chance and say hi to the others we drive to school we pass by Jake's house and I see him walking outside he turned his head so I seen his bruise it's looks horrible, but at least he's fine I mean he did pass out from being punched. Once we got to school we go out and we stood by the door and we seen Jake and his brother pull in his brother walks to the other side of the school and Jake come over to where we are because his locker is over here, right  when he started walking over I knew Chance would say something

Jake's POV
When we pulled in I saw the people I really hate well I don't hate the one with green eyes I don't know her name she doesn't say anything so I don't know here name but I hate her friends.. when I got out of the car I said bye to Logan and asked him,
J-are you going to be able to get lunch again or not?
L-no I can I'm sorry bro  it here some money *hand him $20* you can get cafeteria or walk somewhere but I have to practise football
J-oh ok it's alright I will figure something out, see ya later
L-bye baby bro *walks away*

I walked up to the doors where "they" are and I just looked down but stopped when a hand pushed me to stop me I look up and saw all of them staring at me then Anthony I think his name is picked me up and put a hand over my mouth so I couldn't make noise and they brought me to the side of the school where no one would see us. Then he put me down and I was sacred out in my mind but I tried not to show it
C-why so scared huh?
J-u-umm I'm- *gets cut off*
E-maybe because tony just picked him up and put a hand over his face so he couldn't make noise and brought him over here, he probably,y thought we were kid napping him
T-Erika just stop he needs to man up
Jake's thoughts-so Erika is her name wow beautiful, like her
A-yea man up kid
K-so I guess I was right, your daddy did give you that bruise
J-what n-no
C-cut the crap kid yesterday we seen your dad beating the shit out of you and you passed out and another blonde kid tried waking you up so quit lying
J-*tears up* just leave m-me alone I-I don't know what I did to you, a-and the "other blonde kid" has a name and its Logan.
A-oh know is little Jakey gonna cry *shoves him to the ground*
T-done be such a baby *kicks him in the...*
J-*groans and bend over holding his area*
C-*takes the advantage to knee him in the face*
J-*falls to the ground and a tear falls from his eye*
K-HAH PU**Y HES CRYING *laughs*
Everyone but Erika laughs
J-*gets up and realizes he has a bloody nose then runs inside*

Once I got inside I found the nearest bathroom and cleaned up my nose and checked to make sure it wasn't broken good thing it wasn't I splashed my face with water and walked out and went straight to class no one was in there yet so I just sat there and drew until the bell rang
