Maddie's POV

I heard crying.

Oh, it was me crying.

Not loudly.

Just quiet sobs and tears running down my face.

I wiped them away and saw I was in a white room.

No doors or windows.

Just a room.

Then I saw a women coming towards me.

She had long black hair, green eyes and was wearing a white sundress.

"Well look who's here"the woman said surprised but happy

"Um..excuse me who are you?" I questioned

"Oh dear..it's me..your mother"she replied clearly hurt I didn't know.

"What do you want?" I questioned

"I want to know why you are not eating and why you're cutting." She simply said

"W-what how d-do you k-know?" I clearly studdered

"Dear, I know everything, but I want you to stop. I want you to grow up and be a strong woman, doesn't look like your father has done a thing about it!" she scoffed

"Where am I?!" I asked.

"Dear..I know you are trying to avoid the conversation" She said back to me

Then I lost it.

"LISTEN UP MOTHER..MY FATHER ABUSES ME AND YES..HAHA..I CUT BECAUSE IM A WORTHLESS FAT PEICE OF JUNK THATS UGLY, HAS SOCIAL ANXIETY AND NO FRIENDS!!" I screamed

My mother (A.K.A Marissa) looked terrified but then regained her calm and said:

"I'm sorry..i left. Honey, your father abused me too." she said with a sad smile, then continued;
"I would've took you too but he said to the police that I was abusing you so they took me away..i died in a car crash on the way there." She said

I swear my heart broke.

"You-you're dead?! I felt tears cloud my eyes.

Yes..dear I have to go..but do a favor for me, keep that Luke in your life. He will do good things. She said with a wink.

Then she disappeared.

Gone.

I wonder if that's what really happened, hmm,

I felt a light touch on my forehead.

So..

I woke up.

In a white room, with the one and only Lucas Robert Hemmings leaning over me.
