I was wearing thins and the rest of the group was wearing something somewhat similar. When we enter the venue we run into stray kids. I smile at Chan and he smiles back.
"Y/n, I wanna talk to you" he gently grabs my hand as we walk over to the side.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing. I just wanted to say congratulations for being nominated."
"Thank you but you didn't have to pull me aside for this."
"I was hoping you can come over again tomorrow, that way we can celebrate... Okay may e it's just an excuse to be with you. I'm still not so great with this dating stuff."
"It's fine, you're perfect. I'll be there." I assure him. "We should get back to our groups"
"Yeah, we should" he smiles and pecks my cheek and walks over to his groups that we're hollering and hyping him up. I go back to my group and they did the exact same.
"You weren't lying, he really is stepping it up" Melany says convinced.
"Shut up." I joke. "Let's just go to our seats"

When the show starts my idols sit right next to me. Like an inch away. I'm can't actually be living this. But what puts the cherry on top of the cake is my bias. Sitting right next to me the Irene.

From the corner of my eye I can see her look at me and turn to the rest of the members whispering before they all turn to me.

"Hey." Irene taps me.
Freak out mode: ON.
"H-Hey." I answer back.
"Aren't you that new rookie group cloud 10?"
"Y-yes."
"And aren't you the one who's obsessed with us."
"I-I wouldn't say 'obsessed' I just really l-like your music."
"Thanks. You seem cool we should hang out sometimes."
"Really?"
"Yeah. Give me your phone" she says and I hand it to her and she call her own number so she has my number in her phone already. And she hands it back to me. "Good luck on your category."
"Thank you. You too." I say nervously. Fangirling on the inside.

"And the award for best rookie girl group is...." The announcer said. "Cloud 10, please give them a round of applause." He said as we all got up out our seats and made our way to the stage. Everyone clapped for us before and after Ari made her speech. We all go back to our seats both nervous and exhilarated. The reality of our win still not hitting us.
"Congrats" Irene leaned over to me.
Okay so a win and meeting my idols all in one day how am I not dead yet.
