quidditch matches and late night meet ups
Harry Potter was stressed out. Today was the big game of Gryffindor V Slytherin and Ron was still vomiting at the thought of it, even though they played in a few hours. They'd lost Oliver Wood as captain last year when he graduated , Leaving their keeper Angelina to step up and fill his position. Ron had taken her position as Keeper, and it was quite stressful to even the brave Gryffindor. Everywhere he went Slytherin students leered at him or threw insults at the young boy to tear down his confidence, and it was working. Quite well.
On top of this Gryffindor had won all of their previous games with Slytherin , only increasing the pressure atop the Harry's shoulders. What would people think of the infamous team if they didn't win? What would his team think of him?
Hermione managed to snap Harry out of his spiral, reminding him of some work they could do together before the game. Though he didn't certainly enjoy doing homework, it did distract him from his worries, even if just temporarily.
Heading to the stand his worry slowly began to sit itself back inside his stomach , Quidditch was the young boys life. Ever since he was scouted to be the teams seeker in his first year, he had fallen in love with the sport.
Athena however could not care less about Quidditch. Her fellow house members were very enthused about the whole ordeal, but she could honestly care less about the sport. A part of it may had to do with the fact that Cedric had loved Quidditch and it reminded her too much of him, but she also found it quite boring.
"Do you think if I sit in your stands , with you guys , they'll even notice"
the Slytherin grumbled to her two Ravenclaw friends, they were wandering around the castle, wasting time before the big game.
