My face turned red as I slowly nodded . " I'll see you tonight ." He quickly kissed my cheek and walked away , slipping his hands into his pockets .

" You made it ! " Chase grinned and walked towards us . " We'd never miss a party . " Natalie said , as if he was stupid .
" Can I get you guys some drinks ? There's no alcohol , but I have Capri suns and stuff . " He smiled , somewhat embarrassed .

" Do you have strawberry kiwi ?! " I gasped , getting excited because Capri suns are the shit .
" Of course ! I'll be right back . " He said , walking away .
Natalie and I sat on the couch .
" You two are bonding over Capri suns . That's adorable . " Natalie winked . " Shut up , its a friggin Capri sun . " I laughed .
" Here ya go . " Chase handed me a Capri sun and sat next to me .
" Thank you . " I smiled and basically chugged it .
" Well , I'm gonna go find the girls . You two have fun . " Natalie winked at me .
" Hey , can I show you something ? " He asked .
" That depends . What is it ? "
" Come on , I'll show you . " He said , standing up and holding out his hand . I grabbed his hand and we made our way through the crowd .
" Where are we going ? " I yelled over the music . " Do you trust me ? " He yelled back .
I slowly nodded . Still holding onto my hand , we went out the back door and walked to the side of the house .
Chase started to climb up a ladder . " Come on . " He smiled , as he continued to climb up .
I followed him up the ladder . We ended up sitting on the top of the roof , watching the sunset . " This is so pretty . " I said , softly .
" Not as pretty as you . " He winked . I laughed and rolled my eyes . " How many girls have been up here ? " I said , looking around .
" Two . You and my mom . " He chuckled .
" No way . " I shook my head and laughed . " It's true . " He said , looking into my eyes .
His eyes flickered down to my lips and he slowly leaned in . Our lips connected . And that was my first kiss . He pulled away and we both smiled .
We fell asleep that night on the roof and woke up the next morning to the sun rise . I slowly opened my eyes and felt an arm wrapped around my waist . It was Chase's .
" Good morning. " He said , groggily. He took his arm off of my waist and sat up .
" What time is it ? " I groaned and sat up .
" 6:50am . " Chase yawned .
" WHAT ?! " I quickly stood up . " My parents are going to murder me . " I gathered my things and climbed down the ladder .
" Do you need a ride ? I'm sure my brother can take you home . " Chase asked , following me to the front yard .
" I'll be fine , I live a few houses down . Thanks though . "
" Can I walk you home ? " He said , slipping his hands into his pockets . I smiled and nodded .
Chase grabbed my hand and we walked to my house . I snuck around to the back . " Thanks for walking me home . " I said , letting go of his hand .
" Anytime . " He smiled . " I had fun last night . "
" Me too . " I smiled
" I'll see you on Monday , Myers . " He winked at me and walked to the front yard .
I quietly opened the back door and snuck inside . " Good morning , sweetie . " My mom smiled , taking a sip of her coffee .

" How was Natalie's house ? " She asked .

" Yeah , Natalie called us and told us you were sleeping over . " She sent down her coffee on the table .

I walked to school with my earbuds in and listened to music . Suddenly , Natalie came running at me and tackled me .
