Savannah's POV
I decided to take a walk. It helps me clear my mind when I'm stressed. It's almost the end of my senior year of high school, and I'm starting my finals today. I wish I was one of those smart, intelligent popular girls. But I'm not. I'm just a kid who gets bullied. Nothing more, nothing less.

I was woken up by my alarm clock that was ringing in my ear. I guess I was dreaming about the walk. I was so nervous. I don't know how anyone could survive high school, but I got up anyways. It was 6:30 in the morning. I was just about to get started on my makeup, when I got an email from the school. It said something about having a new English teacher or something.

I honestly didn't really care. At least the new teacher would be better than my old English teacher, Mr. Rodgers. He was a psychopath. That's probably why he got fired. I got so lost in thought that I forgot what I was doing.

I went downstairs. I was welcomed by the sent of pancakes and bacon. " Morning, sweetheart!" My mom said. "Morning." I said. "So, you have a new English teacher? The school just emailed me about it." "Yeah." I said.     My mom handed me a plate of pancakes. "Thanks." I said.

After breakfast, I ran upstairs to dress. I threw on some sweatpants and a plain shirt. I wonder what the new teacher was like. I had a feeling something was going to happen today.
