Going home

Ashtyn's P.O.V.

So today I woke up at 4 in the morning because of the nightmares. Oliver must've heard me screaming 'cause he pulled me into his arms and tried to make me relax by saying soothing words while we were at this horrible place. At least we had each other.

I always thought that Ollie was the only one who truly cared because I always caused troubles with my talent to hack things. I could easily hack the freakin' FBI if I wanted to. All these years I wanted to just end it all, but I had a list of people who've failed Starling City, OUR city. We couldn't ignore it, because it was our dad's last wish. We must finish it. We must get out of this awful place.

Oliver walked out of the cave to get some food, so we could start our day. I got up and looked around and found the book that our father gave us. It was the last thing we had of him. I heard running and I grabbed my knife that was on my belt.

Oliver ran in and froze and I spun around and threw the knife at him. "Hold on. It's me. There's a boat. I signaled it and we need to get to the beach right now. Grab your stuff." Oliver said. I nodded and ran out after him. "We will be back home soon." I thought.

Both Oliver and I ran to the beach and saw that the boat was a fishing boat. On the beach were two Chinese men. "Nǐ shì shéi?" (Who are you?) The fishermen asked us. "Wǒ de míngzì shì Ashtyn, zhè shì Oliver Queen. Wǒmen bèi kùn zài zhège dǎo shàng wǔ niánle, wǒmen xūyào yīxiē bāngzhù."

(My name is Ashtyn and this is Oliver Queen. We were stranded on this island for five years and we need some help.) I said. "Wǒmen huì dài nǐ huí dào dàlù." (We'll take you back to the mainland.) The fisherman said.

I watched as the island faded out of view. I looked over at Oliver and asked, "Are we going home now?" Oliver slightly smiled and nodded. I smiled and then remembered something. "Did you grab our stuff?" I asked. Ollie nodded and said, "Yes, I made sure to grab everything."
