~ Chapter 6 - First Record ~

We all pulled up into recording studio and walked into the sectioned off recording booth and sitting room that was reserved just for us.

"Nice," I said, looking around the sitting room that was covered in leather upholstery and maroon colored walls.

"Yep," Liam said from behind me, "We all prefer this room the most. Seem to have the most luck in here."

I smiled, "Cool."

We all took seats on the leather furniture and turned to the recording producer who had followed us in.

"Hey, Morgan," all the boys echoed.

"Hello, boys. What are you recording today?"

Niall spoke up, "Actually, we are only recording one song. Ellie is recording the rest."

I smiled at the man who smiled back.

"Perfect!" Morgan said, "How many songs are you recording?"

I looked down, blushing. "I wanna record fourteen songs, but only thirteen are complete."

Zayn's jaw dropped, "You wrote thirteen songs? Damn, girl."

I nodded, "Uh, yeah. They've been in the works for awhile now."

"Well, let's hear them!" Louis said and we all stood up and huddled into the recording room.

All the boys, knowing the routine, took headphones from off the table and put them on, Eleanor included.

Morgan followed me into the attached room that was only separated by a glass window and handed me the headphones that were sitting on the circle shaped microphone.

"Have you ever recorded before, Miss Ellie?"

I shook my head, "Ellie, and no, I haven't."

"Everybody loves a first time," he smiled, "Now all I want you to do is sing into the microphone here and I'll do the rest. What reminds me, I need some quick information."

"Shoot," I smiled.

"First, do you have any pre-recored instrumental music? To sing along to?"

I nodded and reached into my pocket. "This has the music for all the songs I want to record, but I want to sing 'Fix A Heart' first."

"Will do," Morgan smiled, "And remember, try not to cough or anything because the mic will pick it up.

 I nodded, "Alright. And thanks for letting me do this."

"My pleasure," he answered and walked out of the room, Niall walking in as Morgan set up the music through the all the head-sets.

"Ready for this?" Niall asked, taking my hands in his.

I took a deep breath, "I think so."

He gave me a reassuring smile, "Well, I know so. And I can't wait to hear the first ever original song from LivLoud."

I chuckled, "Haven't heard that for awhile. I might need to change it though."

"Why?"

"Reminds me of Jayda too much."

He gave me a sad look, "If you want to. Now it's time to make your magic."

I nodded, "Yeah."

He leaned in and kissed me before dropping my hands and going back into the room with the rest of the boys, closing the door.
