CH 42 THERE IS NOTHING HOLDING ME BACK

Emily's POV,

It was Friday, I was sitting in the living room on the couch with Ellie who is watching T.V and I was, sketching, and was in a crappy mood,

Since last Sunday, I haven't seen Jake for more than five minutes,

He used to come late at night, and left early, we barely talked,

I do understand that he has a lot of work to do as a crowned prince, but still, a whole week is too much

'I know, you are sad but try to understand, he is the crowned prince' Ellie said to me,

'I do understand Ellie, but still I haven't seen or talked to him since last Sunday' I told her, sighing

'It will be alright' she said to me reassuringly,
Me, Ellie and Ethan have became good friends now,

'God, It was a crappy day' A familiar voice said from behind,

Ellie turned around to see who it was but I already knew,
I got up, and was walking  past him, when he held my hand,

'Listen to me sweetheart, please' he said, but I freed my hand and walked away, towards the room,

Jake's POV,

I watched her walk away, I sighed heavily, I walked to the couch and sat down beside Ellie,

'What can I do to make it up to her?' I asked Ellie,
'Take her on a date' Ellie suggested,

'It's, so common I have to make a bigger effort to make it up to her' I said,

And then a perfect idea came to my head,
'I have an idea, but you and Ethan have to help me' I said

'We are in but what's the plan?' She asked,
I smiled,

Emily's POV,

It was Saturday, another day without him, I sighed loudly  at the thought,

I was sitting on the bed, when a knock came on the door, I got up and opened it,

It was Ethan and Ellie, and they were dressed up,
'Are you in the mood to drink?' Ethan asked me,

'Funny you asked I am' I told him,
'Get dressed, we are going to a bar in the human world' Ellie said,

'Why in the human world?' I asked,
'They have better bars, now go dress up' Ellie said and shut the door,

I sighed, it's better than sitting in a room alone, I took a shower and got dressed in a  blue, off shoulder top, a short  pleated black skirt, and Black long boots

I left my hair open, and did winged eyeliner, with lip gloss
No matter, how bad my mood was I always gave my best efforts to hair,clothes and makeup,

I went down, to the living room, where Ellie and Ethan were waiting for me,

'I am ready' I said as I walked, in the living room,
They turned around, and saw me,

Ellie's mouth was on the ground, and Ethan whistled, making me giggle,

'You look gorgeous' Ellie said to me,
'Totally agreed' Ethan said,

'He isn't coming?' I asked them already knowing the answer,
They shook their heads,
'No, sorry but don't let that make you upset, let's go' Ellie said, and we drove to the human world in Ethan's car,

'So, where are we going?' I asked,
'Its, a classy bar, you drink while the hired singers come and sing on the stage, the customers can also sing if they want, Will you sing? I heard you have a great voice' Ethan asked me,
