With little hands and small laughs, that was their baby boy. He's going to be next Pharaoh Egypt. He has Atem's eyes and the color of (y/n)'s silky (h/c) hair. Though it's quite untamable just like the Pharaoh. (y/n) couldn't be happier at this moment. Her son was born only three weeks ago, but she felt as if she cradled him in her arms forever. Atem feels the exact same way. A new life, a new heart. Someone who is new to all of humanity. Sparks almost flew in Atem's heart. Excitement and love, that's all he can feel.

A small cry is heard in the room. Atem stirred in his sleep though opened one eye. (y/n) say up and stretched. She ran some fingers through her own hair and looked down at her husband. He closed his eye with a small smile on his face. (y/n) kissed his head and got up. She requested for the baby to be in their room. (y/n) just wanted to feel closer to her baby. Atem has no rejections of course. (y/n) got off the bed and went over to the crying baby.

She picked up the child from the crib. She held him close and kiss his forehead. Atem finally sat up and watched his wife. (y/n) cradling their son, she kisses his cheeks and speaks to him. Sweet words from a loving a mother, the baby's cries began to lower. (y/n) nuzzled him and went back to then bed. Atem placed the blanket on (y/n) so she wouldn't be too cold. He looked over at the baby, the baby was still a tad bit fussy. Babies are babies, they do need attention. (y/n) bounced the baby as she whispered more sweet sayings.

"Don't worry, baby, you're going to be okay." She spoke softly.

Atem couldn't help but to become more calm. His eyes softened as he placed his arm around his wife. (y/n) leaned on him and sighed lightly.

"He's okay, right?" Atem spoke.

(y/n) nodded, "Yes... But he just wants attention, just like you..."

A small giggle came from her but Atem spoke, "Oh (y/n), you never cease to amaze me."

He kissed her forehead and then her lips. She kissed back as the baby continued to calm down. He cling onto his mother though.
