Things didn't go so well for Namjoon after that incident with his little side. Every time he'd wake up from his regression, he would always find tear stains. He knew his little side wanted a Caregiver; it was hard to take care of yourself between such young ages and no caregiver.
Namjoon tried to search up caregivers online just in case he could maybe find one, but that failed. Yoongi, Jungkook, and Jimin now came almost everyday, making it even harder for namjoon to regress. Sometimes he couldn't go into his headspace for over a week.
Namjoon found himself stressing over a lot of things, School was starting to stress him out, he started receiving a lot of hate recently from kids in school, his excuse about babysitting—Namjoon didn't know how long the excuse would last. Seokjin would give him strange looks every now and then.
Namjoon knew his "I babysit" excuse wasn't going to last very long, judging by the looks Seokjin would often give him. It was starting to worry Namjoon more than he should.
He was currently at his locker, putting his stuff away with a sigh. He really wasn't in the mood to go to school, but he had to force himself to get up. It was his senior year of high school, his last year of high school. He couldn't wait to get out of high school.
"Hey Namjoon-Hyung!" Someone yelled. Namjoon looked up to find Jungkook running towards him with a smile. Namjoon smiled and waved back. "Hello Hyung! How are you?" Jungkook asked eagerly with a wide smile. "I'm doing great! How're you?" Namjoon asked.
"I'm fantastic!! And guess what!?" Jungkook exclaimed happily, almost jumping up and down. Namjoon laughed at his eagerness. "Hyung's and I are going to go camping!! Isn't that fun?" Jungkook answered. Namjoon smiled and nodded, "I'm sure it'll be fun, kookie."
"Do you want to come, Hyung?!" Jungkook suddenly asked. Namjoon widened his eyes and gasped, "I-I Can?!" Jungkook nodded. "Of course you can!! It'll be so much fun with you!! Please say yes!" Jungkook pleaded. Namjoon thought about. "I'll think about it, when do you guys leave?" Namjoon asked.
"We leave this afternoon." Jungkook answered. Namjoon nodded, "okay, I'll try to give you my answer by after school."
That day, Namjoon spent the rest of his school day thinking about whether he should join along. He's been to the woods—plenty of times actually. But, he's never been on a camping trip with his friends—
Namjoon thought about it over and over again. Should "friends" be the right word to describe their relationship? Namjoon smiled at the thought of having friends.
By the time the last bell rang, Namjoon had officially made up his mind. As he walked to his locker, he found Yoongi and Hoseok standing there waiting for him. Namjoon smiled. It started to become a daily school routine of theirs. Sope would meet up with Namjoon at his locker and they'll talk for awhile before parting.
"So Namjoon! Have you made up your mind?" Hoseok asked. Namjoon nodded, "Yup! I decided that I'll join, if you guys don't mind." Hoseok smiled widely. "Yay! Of course we don't mind! That's why we asked you in the first place! Oooh, I'm so excited!!" Hoseok said happily.
They exchanged a few more words and Sope had told Namjoon that they'll text him when he should start to get ready. They said their goodbyes and parted their ways.
Namjoon happily skipped his way home; his body burning with excitement.
"Should I pack this or this?" Namjoon mumbled to himself while holding up two hoodies. But, to be honest, both hoodies literally looked the same; Namjoon was just being dramatic.
