I've always dreamed of becoming a famous singer I watched my grandmother's old videos of her singing with my grandfather.
I guess talent runs in our bloodline my grandmother and grandfather were the biggest acts on Uptown Records.
On my tenth birthday my grandmother purchased me my own karaoke machine,
that's when I feel in love with singing I'd make mixtapes singing along to my favorite songs.
" you are destined for stardom Aliyah" that's what she always told me.
My whole life my granny showed me the art of music everything from learning how to play piano, learning how to read music, write music and compose. I sang for my grandmothers chore all the way until college I loved those days singing for the lord on Sunday's.
Here I am my senior year in college working part-time as a backup dancer just to get though school my parents weren't rich but we were rich in life.
But education is important my family always told me not to be a fool and have a backup and I couldn't agree more.
Only one semester left and I'd be taking over the world just me and my talent.
