If you go to a Pokemon Center on your birthday in the games Pokemon X and Y, Nurse Joy will surprise you by singing happy birthday. (Don't forget to enter your birthday into the 3DS). Not only that, but the monitor above Nurse Joy's head will display a birthday cake for the whole entire day. You also be able to hear the Pokemon Center theme in a higher pitch then you usually would.
