Now here's my disclaimer:

This book will also include:

So if you are sensitive to any of these topics when you see this:

Please read at your own demise! I don't want anything happening to my readers based of my characters thoughts and actions!

I hope you enjoy the book! Below is a bit of a teaser!

Blinding lights, cheering crowds, acoustic guitar. That's all he ever needed to have a great time.

His converse made a soft pattering sound as he walked down the hall, adjusting the devices in his ears. Tonight was the last night of the Honesty tour. As sad as it was, he couldn't wait to get home and relax. Not having to worry about the constant IV drips, lack of sleep, lack of proper nutrition, and worrying about going deaf from all the screams, sounded amazing....It was all starting to be a little much. With the neck of his guitar in his fist he made his way into the stage, the crowd screaming louder. He put the strap around him and walked over to the mic stand. He closed his eyes and smiled, waiting for the band behind him to start playing.

"I just need some time, I'm tryna think straight
I just need a moment in my own space
Ask me how I'm doin', I'll say "okay, " yeah
But ain't that what we all say?"

Chord sang. This was one of his sadder songs... but it meant so much to him...

This was the honesty tour for a reason.

"Sometimes I think back to the old days
In the pointless conversations with the old me
Yeah, back when my momma used to hold me
I wish somebody woulda told me

Chord opened his eyes, smiling when he saw the crowd with the flashlights out.

"If you want love, you gon' have to go through the pain
If you want love, you gon' have to learn how to change
If you want trust, you gon' have to give some away
If you want love, if you want love"

The crowd softly sang along... they weren't over powering... it was like a perfect moment.

"Yeah, as a kid I used to think life
Is moving so slow, I watch it go by
Look out the window on my bus ride
I thought the world was so small, through my closed eyes
I've always tried to control things
In the end that's what controls me
Maybe that's why I'm controllin'"

Nobody sang, only listened as Chords voice rang through the stadium like church bells.

"I wish somebody woulda told me
If you want love, you gon' have to go through the pain
If you want love, you gon' have to learn how to change
If you want trust, you gon' have to give some away
If you want love, if you want love
The older I get, I feel like I'm always tryna save time"

Chords voice was soft, and tender. Some people in the crowd were crying now.

"Talkin' to the voices in my head, they make me think twice
Tellin' me it doesn't mean it's wrong because it feels right
I'm scared that one day I wake up and wonder where the time go
Talk about the past like it's the present while I rock slow
I'll sit in the living room and laugh with kids of my own
And tell 'em
If you want love, you gon' have to go through the pain
I wish you woulda told me
If you want love, you gon' have to learn how to change
I wish somebody woulda told me
If you want trust, you gon' have to give some away"

The crowd sang the last little but with him, leaving a smile on his face and tears in his eyes as he thought about the boy this song was about.

"You gon' have to give
If you want love, if you want love
If you want love, if you want love"

The crowd clapped, Chord smiled... that was all there was too it... and it was beautiful to him...
