It had been about four weeks since we had went out in the field to get intel . We are in the most haunted forest in the US right now , this place gives me the creeps .
I'm sure Dalton , Donavan , and Joey feel the same . As we walked through the woods I scanned my eyes from left to right without turning my head looking for any traps that would be laid .
After another 30 minutes of walking I heard a loud snap in the forest . I unsheathed my sword and yelled " Form up now !"
Dalton , Donavan , Joey and I had 360 security . " Watch your sectors carefully for and movement ."
THWACK !!
I turned to see an arrow stick out of Joeys chest
" JOEY!!!!!"
" hahahahaha!" I turned my stare too a bunch of men coming out of the growth " man our spy was right." A man with a large scar down his left eye he had a misshapen face he'd been in a lot of fights he had swollen ears like an MMA fighter too " Adon !" I said with a guttural tone " I knew I smelled trash nearby
I looked back to a now injured Joey , I stared at Donavan and Dalton , and I knew what I had to do .
" Donavan I'll clear a path for Dalton , Joey and you , we've be compromised , I'm sending you back to get help."
They couldn't find the words too say but I stared at them and yelled with all the might in my throat " GO NOW OR ILL KILL MYSELF ."
