LOLLY'S LONG LIST OF LOVERS!
YOU BUILT UP A
WORLD OF MAGIC
REAL LIFE IS TRAGIC
Lolly Fogerty admits it's a mistake to write her deepest secrets in a single place for literally anyone to come across. Especially at a place like Hogwarts, where it's impossible to hide anything. Eventually, everyone finds out what you don't want them to know. With the place being so big, Lolly wouldn't think that to be possible.
But Merlin, is it possible.
Hiding her diary under her pillow is one mistake, but it's not the mistake. The mistake is tearing a single, secret-bearing page from it and folding it to slide across the table to her best friend ("I just want to see it quick! I'll give it right back! I swear!"). She should've known Gregory Goyle would use his wand to morph it into a paper airplane to soar around the room, above the head of every student, Slytherin and Gryffindor alike. It's a shame, really, that everyone thought it was a simple piece of paper laying on a table for anyone to have. It went around and around and around and Lolly's heart was sitting at the pit of her stomach. It thumps rapidly when Snape intercepts it and returns it to its owner.
Only, Gregory Goyle is not the owner, but he now has the list of all people Lolly has ever felt feelings for at Hogwarts. So, really, her life is over completely.
