Isabella's POV

I watched Ryan fiddling with the gun in his hand. Sweat drops started to trickle down from my forehead. Yes, I was scared. After all his father threatened to kill me a while ago and I was pretty sure that Ryan was here to kill me.

Even if I couldn't believe my own thoughts, this seemed real.

"You know Bella." Ryan started.

I turned my attention towards him while gulping down my saliva.

"You should have really listened to your brothers." He let out a dark chuckle. "You're such a nice, beautiful, sweet, naive and a dumb girl, Bella." He leaned forward. "It was so easy to trick you that I couldn't even believe myself." He laughed.

I wanted to scream at him. Curse at him. But I couldn't. I couldn't because he was telling the truth and that hurt me the most.

"You know, I started feeling pity for you." He said as he looked straight into my eyes. "I mean, you are so naive and dumb that I felt sorry for you." He smiled.

Tears started welling up in my eyes.

Ryan's smile dropped and out of nowhere he grabbed my chin forcefully which made me flinch.

"Tell me Isabella." He was so close that I could feel his breath in my face. And that was uncomfortable as hell. "Are you scared? I bet you are!" He laughed. "Hm well, I think it is time to finish...my task."

My heart started pounding so bad as he held the gun next to my head. I closed my eyes as my breath got heavier by the second.
