Summer goes by all too soon and they're now getting ready to go back to school.
"I don't wanna go." Mitch tells Scott on their way to school.
"I know, love. It's our last first day of school, just think about it like that."
"And 180 days of being bullied."
"You're not bullied anymore though?" Scott asks as he parks the car.
Mitch doesn't respond, he just looks down at his hands.
"I didn't say that."
"Then tell me you're not."
"I... I can't."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
Mitch sighs, "I didn't want to stress you out or worry you. It's our senior year and I wanted you to enjoy it."
"I want you to tell me when this stuff happens. You deserve to have a good last year as much as I do, if not more."
"Thank you, Scotty."
"Of course, Love. Who is it?"
"End of last year. Throughout the summer."
"I'm gonna kill him."
"He's in our first period, Kit told me."
"Son of a..." They get out of the car and Scott holds Mitch's hand.
"I love you." He reminds the brunette.
"I love you, too." They go to class and sit in the seats their teacher tells them to.
"This table will be Jayden, Evelyn, Mitch, and Scott." Mitch sighs as he sits at the table with Jayden, Scott, and a new girl, Evelyn.
"Introduce yourselves to your table mates, you'll be sitting with them the rest of the year."
"I'm Jayden, people call me Jay. I'm single, so you should hit me up sometime, girl." He winks at Evelyn, making her move closer to Mitch.
"I'm Evelyn, my friends call me Ev. I'm from England and I moved here last month. Also, no, I won't hit you up."
"Why not? I'm hot."
"Doubt it." Mitch mumbles, making Scott laugh.
"Shut the hell up, you don't get a say, fucking blind ass."
"This blind ass has gotten more action in the past year than you have in your life." Mitch snaps back.
"Yeah, you're blind so looks don't matter. They don't see who they're fucking."
"Dumbass, people can see me."
"Why don't you just—"
"How's it going over here?" The teacher asks, clearly not hearing the conversation.
"Good, we're just talking about how long Scott and Mitch have been together." Evelyn jumps in.
"Awesome, how long is that, Jay?"
"We haven't gotten that far yet."
"Alright, well keep talking." She walks away and Scott looks at Evelyn.
"How'd you know we're together?"
"You stare at him with heart eyes everytime you look at him, hun."
"Aww, how cute." Mitch looks at Scott, who mocks him.
"Anyways, I'm Mitch. I'm blind, as you probably learned from the ignorant piece of ass over there. Not to mention the fact that I carry around a cane when Scott's not guiding me."
